STAYAWAY. Sewage water backed up out of the toilet and tub and flooded the apartment(not just the bathroom), multiple times. All they did to remedy the situation was put a fan in the room. There is also black mold and mushrooms growing out of the carpet and they didn’t care when I told them I was getting headaches and sick from being in there just a short time. They responded that I can move out that day or continue to pay rent because it is «livable»(it definitely is not«livable»). They also have cockroaches.

DONOTLIVEHERE! walls are paper thin, reeks like curry and all the smells seep in through your vents. The AC units are probably from the 80’s. so many more reasons why I am happy to be out of there. blahhh

GREAT! I have only been at Quincy Commons for one year but absolutely love this property. The grounds are so beautiful for an apartment complex!(yay pool!) The management is friendly and helpful. I have never needed maintenance assistance and not gotten it almost immediately. My apartment has been perfect for me — it was very clean when I moved in and everything was in tip-top shape. The location is awesome — nice and close to everything I need(aka…Hannaford’s &CVS) and of course, the beach! Marina Bay is within walking distance and the Beachcomber is right down Quincy Shore Drive I’ve been very happy there and absolutely recommend it to potential residents. Only cons are the price, no pet policy(which I suppose is a pro for some people), and distance from the Red Line(actually quite close but I was a metro Boston resident for years and couldn’t adjust to walking that far for the T — had to break down and buy a parking pass) But that’s just me… overall it is a fabulous place to call home!
