My wife and I got our wedding bands made here. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, but we just couldn’t find exactly what we wanted anywhere. Nevertheless, they still gave us the VIP treatment.
They are extremely knowledgeable about their craft, and work hard to make sure you get something that you’re happy with, from the design down to the exact alloys used to make the piece.

What a lovely local jewelers. I took my 100 year old engagement ring into be appraised and resized. Brian was really attentive. It’s clear that they are really busy, but will take the time to work with you and give you a realistic expectation of when to expect your finished product.

My engagement ring is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I legitimately did not know I could love a ring — or any inanimate object — as much as I adore this one. I had no idea my fiancé was planning to propose, so a lot of this is from what he told me — the team at Booth is discrete and flexible to accommodate keeping these things a secret!
My fiancé is European where they don’t really do the whole diamond engagement ring thing. Over a period of 10 sessions, Brian and Lily walked him through the whole process, teaching him along the way, and sharing in his excitement. The first question they asked was «So, what is her name?» No other jeweler he met with asked that. They quoted him a price very early on based on the stone and the metal, and assured him that regardless of whatever customizations they entailed, that price would be the absolute max. Who does that?! These people are amazing. Oh and did I mention all the diamonds are certified conflict-​free?
Brian was able to incorporate the seal of the city in Massachusetts in which I was born, the city my Grandpa (my soul mate) spent his entire life cultivating, into the setting. My fiancé sent them the seal, which is a heart with a wreath around it; they played around with it, and then one morning Brian called my fiancé on the phone and said «I’ve got it!» He had figured out an amazing way to incorporate it into the setting in a personalized, sophisticated way, utilizing negative space and allowing the diamond to shine through. It’s the most unique and stunning setting I’ve ever seen. It also has customized hand etching around the band to continue with the wreath featured on the city seal. It is a true work of art, and I get so many compliments from complete strangers about the ring’s beauty and how they’ve never seen something like it. It is classically beautiful and I cannot stop staring at it.
When I finally met with Brian and Travis to finalize the sizing (Lily was on the verge of giving birth any second!) they greeted me by name with a big hug and huge smiles. They showed me around the Booth space and they and my fiancé taught me a little bit about how my ring was made, how they let my fiancé pour the platinum himself *and* help break the ring out of the cast once the metal cooled. This makes it even more special — it says a lot about my man and a lot about the Booth team that it is so amazingly collaborative and truly custom in every single way.
As I wouldn’t shut up about how much I loved my ring, the smile on Brian’s face was so genuine and so joyful. It seemed to say «Yesssssss she loves it! We nailed it!» He really understands that this is more than simply a beautiful piece of jewelry, and the customer experience, design expertise, and craftsmanship that he provided made the whole process a complete joy for my fiancé.

My fiancée proposed with his mothers engagement ring and my mother gifted me her enhancer with six small stones. Brain and Lilly came up with a wonderful design to bring the rings together. Every step of the process was wonderful and we could not have been happier with the final piece.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and Lily and of course my engagement ring! Our initial meeting was wonderful where I had a chance to explain my style and what was most important to me (dainty band, 2 carat center stone, etc.). They made us feel comfortable, taught us a lot about diamonds, listened to everything we said, asked questions, and explained everything. What more could you want!
The initial concept changed after viewing a few diamonds. I originally wanted a rose cut but they just weren’t what we expected in terms of size. So, Brian and Lily found a gorgeous 2.1 carat round diamond and my fiancée took it from there. The setting makes it look like a cushion cut which makes the ring so unique!
From the box they gave us with their embossed logo to the moment we stepped into their store everything was first class.

Brian and Lily are great to work with. I wasn’t looking for anything super different or expensive and they still took the time with me to go over every detail. They had great suggestions and patience. Once I approved the ring, Brian worked with my fiancé/​husband to finish the process.
I found out later that the ring wasn’t right when he headed down to pick it up. So, a few days later Brian drove it up to our house over an hour drive, and hand delivered it so that he could keep his proposal plans! Great customer service and wonderful people.

Brian and Lily are simply the best. They are creative, took time with me to understand my taste and design style, created incredible pieces from my mother’s jewelry — my daughters were so thrilled (they will inherit the pieces).
