This company exceeded expectations: they were punctual, courteous, worked fast and almost two months later, the carpets look great and the pet smell is still gone. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

We used this company to clean two bedrooms, hallway and stairwell and they were able to remove spots in one bedroom that no one else that cleaned carpets were able to remove. I would definiely use them again.

I’ve used this company twice and Earl and team did a great job both times. They were a little less expensive than a traditional cleaning service and the results were just as good.
The best part is that the carpet isn’t wet for a few days. The carpet does get slightly damp but it dries pretty fast.
Overall great service, good results, fast response and drier process.

I have used Carpet DryClean 3 times over the last 2 years. I have a miniature dachshund who enjoys peeing on any surface other than grass. Carpet DryClean helped save me when I moved out of my last apartment! Earl and Neil are a great crew and they amaze me how fast they get it done. When they leave, my house smells great and the carpets are dry! I have also used the bucket of their cleaner and it’s really great for pet messes because it absorbs the liquid instead of sinking it into the carpet. I definitely will continue using Carpet DryClean!

We were very happy with the friendly service, the thorough explanation of the treatment, and the results! Our carpet was only 2 years old, but dogs and kids made it look more like 10 years old, and at the end of its life expectancy. Not only are the stains gone, but there was none of the damp carpet odor masked by perfume smell anywhere in the house. I will use them again and again. Our carpets look refreshed and new.

At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use steam cleaning or dry cleaning. I went the old fashioned way and had the steamers come out… twice… and the stains still bled through the carpet. They refused to come out a third time and said the stains are going to just be there and there is nothing more they can do. Well, I was not satisfied with a job not done right. Especially, since I used an upscale company that had 100% satisfaction guaranty… But that needs to be a different review. Anyways, I had to do something and I heard a bunch of good things about how Carpet Dryclean stands out from the other dry cleaners because of the certain stuff they put on the carpet to treat it. and they are the only dry cleaning company that uses this special stuff in this area. So I called Carpet Dryclean to see what they could do. Oh my goodness!!! With only ONE treatment the stains were gone and never came back!!! I didn’t have to wait forever for the carpet to dry! And it was clean! Of course, after those amazing results who did I choose to call to have my 10×10 area rug done? Yep! Carpet Dryclean! And they did a fantastic job!!! Also to mention, they have always been on time… No waiting games and their customer service is phenomenal!!! If you are considering getting your carpet or rugs cleaned… And want it done right the first time… Go with Carpet Dryclean!!!

There has rarely been a time when a cleaning service has been such a pleasure. The technician came when expected, was thorough and offered spot cleaning at no additional charge.
I love that there was no water involved to collect under the carpet. I’ve had allergies in the past and mold is an irritant. The carpet looked better than expected and my husband walked on it right away without leaving any marks. Awesome results!
Now, they have also done my parents’ house and they were very pleased.

I have dogs, and have been in my house for almost 2 years now, so the carpets were much needed for a cleaning. When Victor showed up, he was very nice, but immediately went into demo mode telling me that I needed to buy the bucket of product they use to clean the carpets. He really didn’t even ask me if I wanted to buy it. He handed it to me and said it was mine. Then he charged me an extra $ 20 for it on the final total. It is now 5 hours after the cleaning, and I can already see some of the stains starting to show in the carpet again. I am not at all happy with the cleaning. I spent $ 150, and already know that I will have to pay another company to come out and clean the carpets again soon. I will never use this company again. If you don’t have pets, or your carpets aren’t that bad, this company might work fine for you. I do not recommend them if you have pets, or heavily stained carpets.

I’ve tried several carpet cleaning companies and this is the first one I’ve felt like I would invite them back again. They did a great job on our Berber carpet. We have pets and a child, and feel good about the choice we made to use this company and the method of cleaning.

A little pricey, but we were VERY happy with the job they did and the quick turn around on service. I called about having them come out two days later and they said, «no problem.» We needed carpet cleaning to get rid of some pet stains. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a speedy, thorough job. The carpet looked fantastic when they were done. I’d recommend them to anyone.

What else can I add? Best dang carpet cleaners in my 68 years of experience!

I decided to give these guys a try after mulling over using a traditional wet carpet cleaning or this dry cleaning one. I wanted the carpet to dry fast and not have to wait a few hours for it to dry. We’ve got two dogs and the carpet hadn’t been deeply cleaned in a year. Vacuuming and the occasional spot cleaning for accidents couldn’t get rid of the embedded dog fur and pet odor which lingered. So I called for service and they were able to come the same day. Vance showed up and was a real personable and knowledgeable guy from the get go.
He started by spreading the «cleaning snow» (moist clumpy white powder with a subtle citrus smell) all over the carpet, which was supposed to trap the dirt when it is scrubbed in. He then brought out a small machine which had reverse spinning brushes and started going over the «snow» on the ground. The snow would disappear over the areas he attacked and left a light residual moisture. The results were almost immediate when large clumps of dog fur would appear from the carpet (intermingled with the snow) from the trail of the machine’s path. Once that was done, he brought out a standard vacuum and sucked up all the clumps leaving a revived looking carpet. About 20 minutes after vacuuming, the carpet was almost completely dry to the touch. Furniture was no problem. Vance helped shift large items over in sections as each part of the floor was cleaned.
They charged 40 cents per square foot which is probably more expensive than your traditional wet clean but the results were pleasing. No more pet odor and 90% of the embedded dog fur came out. The citrus smell lasted only about a couple days but the carpet still felt clean. Very positive experience and I would definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing! Not only did they resurrect carpeting that I thought was past its prime, but they cleaned about 1,500 sq ft in less than 30 minutes and did a beautiful job too.

I have used Carpet Dry Clean for over 3 years now. Every time I am amazed that they come out so clean. Having 2 dogs in the house, the carpets get very dirty. We are always very pleased by how clean the carpets are after carpet dry clean comes.

One of the only things I really hate about my house is the color-​flecked Berber carpet. It was ugly enough to begin with, and after living with it for two years and adding a new dog into the mix, it’s definitely seen better days. We’ve attacked it with our own household cleaners and even had my mother-​in-​law haul her steamvac over from Wilson and give it a go. But the cleaners didn’t help with any stains and the shampooing seemed to leave a ten-​fold pungent pee-​yew after it dried down. I finally convinced my frugal husband it was clearly time for professional assistance.
I called these guys and book my appointment for next-​day (they give you around a two-​hour window within which they’ll arrive, and call you day of as they’re preparing to head over). They price at .39/​sq foot and boast an entirely green and pet-​safe approach to carpets, using a confetti-​like sponge powder that they agitate against the carpet. The sponge is highly absorbent and pulls dirt right out. My only other experience with professional carpet cleaning ended in wet carpet for days and tremendous amounts of Sheltie dog hair sticking to the bottom of everyone’s feet. It was gross. And I was glad to trade it in for a different approach!
Two guys showed up and spent a solid two hours on our staircase and second story. The result? Better than anything else we tried, but definitely not a cure-​all. The carpets look revived and the house had a light citrus-​y smell, which unfortunately only lasted for a day… then the dog odor returned.
Elmer tried several times to get me to buy a bucket of the sponge powder; I don’t like a hard sell and it just didn’t seem like something particularly useful without the agitating machine do-​hicky they use, so I kept turning it down — though they did offer a pretty good discount. After I paid the total, Elmer handed me my receipt along with a flier that included 10-​step instruction for leaving a 5-​star review on another reviews site in return for a $ 10 rebate (see attached pic). I’m guessing that incentive may skew some reviews of this company that are out there so I just wanted to make mention of it. That said, I absolutely did have a positive experience — and recommend them as a good alternative to traditional carpet cleaning.

This story starts out ugly, but if you have pets and they’ve ever had an accident on your carpet — read on.
We called Carpet Dryclean after my husband had heard another company’s ad on the radio for «practically waterless» cleaning. Once I called them and got their poor customer service treatment over the phone and got past their gimmick that was advertised which was not available, I decided to do some more research on this «waterless» carpet cleaning.
When I looked into it further, I found that Carpet Dryclean was really the only one in the area using this organic product to safely clean carpets. With two small dogs being the reason that we needed our carpets cleaned in the first place, I wanted to make sure whatever we cleaned with was safe for tiny pet feet!
I called and spoke to a friendly associate and set up the appointment and was told they could come out the following day! Amazing! Miguel Polo showed up right on time and quickly went to work explaining the process that he would be working on the carpet, as well as giving us a large demonstration. The demo blew us away, and our carpet that we thought for sure was going to have to be replaced looked like new again. However, the best test of all was the smell of the cleaning solution, and the removal of the pet odor that was previously on the soiled carpet.
It has been three weeks now and our carpet still smells amazingly fresh, looks perfectly groomed, and is better than we could have imagined.
