We were around the target parking lot and noticed a woman who was locked out of her truck and trying to jam random things in the small crack of the window. After an hour of trying to help her we called this place, I explained the situation and the woman said it would cost $ 60. The owner of the truck started crying so I said we would pay for it and asked the bjs woman if they could do it for any cheaper amount since we were trying to help a stranger. She said no and she had no authorization, so I asked to speak to a supervisor to get an authorization. She said there was no one and wouldn’t budge on the price all with a complimentary attitude! Hope karma serves you well woman! That must be your good deed for the day!

I had a nail in my right rear tire, and I have to stop at Kilmer street to call AAA. After only 15 mins, they came and fixed very promtly. Thank driver Brown #31 460 and BJ for great service. I greatly appreciate.

They have amazing customer service! I just went in for something small and they were honest and got it done within 20mins. Great group! Especially the owner Mike and John:)

Waited a long time to post a review of this place.
First, I had seen the work J&B had done before I had them work on my vehicle and recommended them to friends of mine who had no problems that I know about. However, when I took my car to be repaired I received on of the most crappy job and service I have ever paid for.
My car was brought in because it had been basically blasted by sand and small gravel that was the result of a bad Caltrans repair that had to pay many drivers to fix their vehicles… It was determined that entire car needed to be sanded and repainted.
While I was having that done, I decided to have a bumper repaired that had been damaged previously. There was no other body repairs except the sanding of the car down, and replacement of the windshield that was cracked on the same claim.
What I got was a paint job that had runs on 4 different panels of the car. It had a lot of dirt in the paint and very rough. The repair of the bumper wasn’t even done and left as is, even though I paid $ 1300 for the repair. Even though I talked to John, the service person involved, and it was in the service contract. He said he didn’t remember talking about the repair at all!!!
They broke door trim after forcing them off the car because they didn’t know how to take them off correctly. I spent almost 2 months dealing with sloppy detailing, where they burnt through the paint in several parts of the car. They even left two piles of spilled rubbing compound on the carpet inside… Hit the new windshield with sandpaper and put scratches on it.
Even several years after the car sets in my garage with around 4000 miles on it since it was painted and now shows places where the paint or primer has shrunk and you can see where they sanded before they painted it. The clear is now going flat and hazy. The owner says «lets see what happens»… I paid $ 7200 for this lousy work. No one should have to deal with work done so poorly for so long.
Not happy at all.

Whenever I have had a tow truck serviceman come to help me roadside, in my experience they have tended to be really rough around the edges, to the point, and customer service isnt usually a part of their service model. When I called AAA to have a towman come and give me a jumpstart I was pleased when Jamey from B&J towing arrived. I have never had such a pleasant experience! He was so friendly and my boyfriend and I agreed that he had a very personal personality. He was so friendly and offered suggestions on what steps to take next to ensure my battery did not die again before it had time to recharge. Great customer service!

After getting an estimate from another shop, I stopped in to B&J to get an estimate. I pulled off a rocker panel on the left side of my car. The estimator sat down and went through the various options with me and showed how the value changed depending on where parts might come from. Even suggested they might be able to find a recycled part. Since they weren’t sure of the damage to the undercarriage or the part, they put it on a lift while I was there and determined the part was salvageable. Fixed it on the spot; and even better, didn’t charge me.
I had a dent on my trunk that was starting to rust. Gave me information on how and where to find touch-​up paint and said they would complete the work once I got the paint.
As long as I live in the area, if I ever need body work, they’ll be my only choice!

We had Kevin H #120 tow our car at the end of May 2015 from Elk Grove to Woodland. The service was prompt, completely covered by AAA and the driver was extremely courteous. Thank you Kevin and B&J Towing.

I would like to thank B&J Towing for their professional and timely service! I left my hazard lights on which prevented my car from starting. I called AAA around 8:30pm and they dispatched B&J who arrived in less than 15 minutes. Kee was my driver and he provided excellent service, going above and beyond to help jump start my car.

Great customer service from Jamey on a AAA call for service #35 301. Our vehicle’s battery went dead after grocery shopping and we placed a call to AAA for assistance. Jamey arrived within 20 minutes, did a full diagnostic of the battery and associated parts, and eventually replaced our battery on the spot with a new one. The service was great and Jamey was very professional, helpful, and polite. He worked hard to get us on the road as quickly as possible since I had my 4 children in the car as well. Thanks Jamey for your assistance and if anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation hopefully you’ll get Jamey out to help you.

Having a horrible time with my car. Called AAA and they promptly sent out Ronnie to come pick up my vehicle. He was super kind, and quick to get the car up. Told us we didn’t have to wait in the heat, and we could meet him at the dealership. When we arrived they were closed, but Ronnie helped me find and fill out the paperwork. He also seemed genuinely concerned about my frazzled person, assured me all would be well. I had a great first experience with B&J towing. Thank you Ronnie!

This place is awesome! It was a pleasure doing business with Rick. Not only did they not go over on their estimate but they included some freebies as well. I’m very happy and look forward to bringing another vehicle to them soon

Yesterday I was driving on 50 heading towards Rancho Cordova, where I hit a screen door which locked up under my car and punctured my gas tank. Chp and the fire department came out, I was towed off the freeway by emergency towing, where we then waited on AAA to send a tow to take my car to my body shop. Walt was our driver and he showed up in no time, and brought us over to fair oaks with traffic in about twenty minutes. Very helpful, and very professional! I see why you guys are number one! Thank you!

I have used these folks on at least three occasions in the past ten years (bummer that) and can unequivocally state that they are are probably the best customer service people I have encountered by any business. The provide straight forward communications in a very friendly way and back up their work. Just nice people to boot, from the shop to the front office. Thanks gang.

Im a customer of AAA and my car ran out of gas. B and J towing answered the call. i was very appreciative that a young man named Camron came to my rescue. i laughed at myself and thanked him for being there to help me. He not only put gas in my car but followed me to a gas station. i was thinking that is so nice. When we got to gas station i paid for the gas and Camron pumped! the gas for me. Wow! i thought he really went above and beyond his call of duty. He made sure my car started and i was well on my way. I had a flat –so I called AAA at 5:45pm on a Thursday night (today). The driver/​technician showed up in less than 20 minutes. He changed my flat and I was on my way to the tire store (I had a nail in my tire) in less than 15 minutes. Jamey, the technician/​driver was friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Thank you so much for being so fast on a hot day.

Got my car fixed here after a crazy lady rear-​ended me, and they took awesome car of my car!
They have great service and updated me on every step of the way with daily photos of my car as it was getting repaired. They worked with my insurance and got everything handled.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve used B&J Towing services on several occasions. Their technicians are always helpful and friendly. Yesterday I wrecked my car, and the service person, Walt, was very courteous, making sure that I was OK and unharmed before getting down to business. He was patient as I discussed with my husband where we wanted the car towed to, and wasn’t pushy about details. Better, he was optimistic and just made me feel better overall, despite the circumstances. Thank you, Walt!

I had my car fixed at B and J and they did amazing work! The service and communication were above the rest. Sal and Mike kept me updated on the progress and any issues they found and were right on top of it. I wouldn’t choose any other shop.
