B&J Body Shop

**Warning, this is a detailed and lengthy true account of my experience at B & J Body Shop**
B & J Body Shop is not your average body shop. To start off and explain a little about my situation In September, my vehicle was backed into and the whole driver side front bumper, headlight and side panel was obliterated. I got quotes from a couple body shops but since B & J was close to my house I decided to use them. This was the best decision I could’ve made. I set an appointment and Sal completed the estimate on my car that would be paid by the individuals insurance that ran into me. I requested to have all Honda OEM parts put onto my car since that is what was on it before the accident and I wanted it back to new. Sal informed me that Original Honda parts would not be approved by the insurance company. After a week I came back and picked my vehicle up and it looked BETTER than before the accident! Come to find out that Sal was able to shop around and got original Honda OEM parts for my car! There were absolutely no issues with payments and for the most part it was hands off on my part and they took care of all payments for the repair.
Fast forward 2 months and I was having electrical issues where my blinker was constantly on and not flashing. I was unsure if it had anything to do with the accident so I called and set up an appointments the next day to get it looked at by B & J Body Shop. At the appointment after over an hour they found the problem and fixed it free of charge. I was not expecting it to be free but they took care of it for me while I hung out and ate breakfast and watched Netflix on their comfy leather couches in the waiting room.
The attention to detail that Sal’s crew put into repairing my vehicle both times was second to none and not only is the work that B & J Body Shop first class but their attitudes and customer service are as well. I will never go anywhere else for my auto body needs, I highly RECOMMEND using B & J Body Shop!

We have taken our vehicles to B & J Body Shop three times now. Each time Sal has been awesome! B & J pays particular attention to detail, and every time we’ve picked up our vehicles they look FANTASTIC. Everyone is very professional and friendly. If I am unfortunate enough to be be hit again, I will definitely return to B & J Body Shop! I highly recommend them!

B&J Body shop in Folsom is simply the BEST!!!
Can’t say enough positive and great things about B&J. I called and spoke with Steve about the issue with my car, he was courteous and offered me to come by that same day, now that is SERVICE! When I got there he was very helpful, and even though the sun was blazing hot he came out got down on his knees and took care of me. Best customer service. Any issues in the future with my car I would definitely return to B&J without question. The customer service was impeccable, they were timely and as stated before courteous and friendly!!!
