I recently took Dan’s Taxi Service with a friend to the train station and he picked us up when we returned that night also. We were planning on getting back around midnight but instead took an earlier train home and arrived before 10. My friend called Dan from the train to see if he could pick us up earlier and he did. He was waiting right outside the train station for us. He is friendly and honest and reliable. Great qualities. He also has a very good sense of humor and we both enjoyed chatting with him. I know I will use him whenever I need a taxi and so will my friend. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a taxi service.

I called Dan for a ride in an emergency situation. He showed up and got me to my destination over an hour away with no problems. He was fast, polite, and greatly priced! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a ride! 100% quality service! Thanks again Dan!

Dan is fantastic. As others have said he’s a safe driver, arrives on time and his price is very reasonable.

Additionally, when I called him after my appointment at the doctor (my eyes were dilated so vision very blurry), he said he was already outside & would meet me at the elevator. This is really great service and will definitely use Dan again.

This is the third time I have used Dan’s service and I want to give him proper credit. The car is clean, comfortable and runs smooth. Every now and then I take my car to the mechanic for maintenance and need a ride from home to the shop to fetch my car. Whenever I call him he arrives quickly and that helps me keep my day going smooth. He is a skilled driver, never driving too fast nor too slowly as he works his way through traffic. He’s a funny and interesting guy so the ride always seems shorter. Thank you, Dan!

From start to finish, Dan makes your night special. First, he answers the phone when you call. No «press 1 for an operator» or leaving a message or paging. He gives you an honest ballpark figure for the service you request. $ 50 from Rancho to downtown Sac. Then he shows up to your home when you asked him too. And finally, if you’re husband can’t find his wallet and is making you late, Dan doesn’t annoyingly honk the horn, he politely knocks on your door to tell you to hurry the heck up.
He takes cash and credit, is honest, friendly and professional. He’s everything a Sac-​cabbie should be. We’ll be taking a lot more trips with Dan.

I’ve called Dan’s Taxi dozens of times. Always reliable, great service, friendly guy, good prices. Much more preferable than a random person that may or may not show up. When you call the number, Dan answers the phone, and if he can come and get you, he will, and quickly. Great service.

Dans taxi service (owner Dan is driver also) has been incredibly reliable and accommodating. Dan is simply one of those rare people that just makes your day better. An amazing individual.
