If I could choose zero stars that Is what it would be. We order a tent for my step son’s wedding and it was supposed to be delivered in the morning as we had the place until 5 to setup. Noon came and no one showed up with the tent. We called the office and was told the crew was at lunch and they would be there at 1. 1 came and went with no one showing up. Called the office and was told the crew was still at lunch and would be there soon. It was decided that the tent would be cancelled and argued with the Daniel to get a refund and he finally gave back half of our deposit.
The people at this place are very unprofessional and unethical. Go someplace else for your party needs. Not worth saving a few bucks and you will probably get screwed over at the end anyway!

Love this company! Our school uses them for our annual fundraiser and they are fantastic.

There have been a handful of posts from people regarding my wedding and the fact that chairs were never delivered. They are extremely accurate, and I am merely posting a Unilocal review to make sure this does not happen to anyone else for an important event. It’s just amazing that after paying thousands of dollars for other portions of the wedding, that something as simple as delivering chairs could mess up the day.
Please do not use this vendor.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was the best man in a wedding where chairs were supposed to be present. This poor excuse for a business didn’t even deliver the chairs to the wedding. No call, no show, no nothing. Please take this free advice from us and DO NOT use this company for anything.
I wish I would have had this before the wedding. What a disaster of a business.

Two of our friends, a fitness-​minded couple, chose to have Elite Party rentals provide chairs for their wedding. I make the point that they are fitness-​minded because, after all, it is better to stand than to sit.
Sitting too long has the potential to shorten one’s life-​span. Here’s where Elite Party Rentals comes in… THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE CHAIRS!
We were all able to stand at the wedding and received the benefit of burning a few extra calories for the reception.

There should be a negative star review option just for places like elite rentals. My buddy ordered chairs for his wedding and the day of the wedding they never showed up! Seriously you only have one job chair rental company, how could you fail at it. The invoice said the correct day and time yet no chairs.
People in the wedding party called and the phone number just went to voicemail. What’s that? It’s your wedding day and you guys have nowhere to sit? Well don’t bother us with your phone calls groom guy. It’s not like it’s an important day. Deal with it.
Elderly people? Stand even though you paid us for chairs. Figure it out on your own while you try to enjoy your wedding.
Is there even a way they could make it better? I suppose they could obtain a DeLorean DMC-​12 and pay Christopher Lloyd the assemble a flux capacitor so they could travel back in time and wake up and deliver the chairs they were paid to deliver. No amount of refund could fix it.
If you read this review and STILL order chairs from this company, make sure to message me so I can show up to your event. I’m going to bring popcorn and MY OWN chair so I can sit and laugh at everyone who has a glimmer of hope that someone is going to bring chairs to their treasured event.

Poor communication within the company leading customers to pay the price.
We were quoted for a rental and during the process we had asked if there was a delivery fee to which a company representative replied no. When we received an email to confirm rental they then said that the delivery fee was not added, and would need to be included to proceed with the rental. Their mistake, not mine, and yet they want to pin it on the customer. Please stay away from Elite Party Rentals.

I was surprised to see that other people were not satisfied with Elite. I used them for all the dishes for my bridal shower, and they did everything I asked — I was very satisfied. After that first experience, I have confidence that they are trustworthy to fill my wedding order this weekend. The office staff is sweet. They are definitely not a high-​end rental company, but they are still a value for the money you spend. If you want flawless perfection, go elsewhere and spend twice as much. But if you’re not an anal retentive individual who cares too much about the smallest small details, I would recommend them.

Do NOT rent from Elite! Two days before my wedding I went in to pick up the chairs for my ceremony and also 32 6ft tabledrape linens in gray. That’s when I was told there was an «oversight» and the linens were never ordered, leaving me with NO linens 48 hours prior to my wedding. Not only that, but they couldn’t find any other rental company with the gray linens I wanted. The owner kept offering me brown linens, regardless of the fact that I told him multiple times that brown didn’t fit in with my wedding colors AT ALL. He even left before the situation was resolved, leaving this problem in the hands of a girl who had only worked there a week! I ended up finding another rental company on my own and was refunded by Elite. This company is SO unprofessional. They may be cheap, but they are SO not worth the stress!

I had a wonderful experience renting a massive (to us anyway) order from Elite. The owner, Daniel, came to our location, a full hour from their shop, and helped us in sizing and laying out our entire event. This was months ahead of our wedding, and there was no guarantee between us at the time, it was just him looking to help a potential client.
They were able to set-​up a day early to accommodate our schedule. The set-​up crew was friendly and very cautious, always checking in with us before placing any framing, driving stakes for our tent, or staging items for later use.
Well ahead of time as well, Daniel arranged with another client to allow us to go see their tent set-​up. We were having trouble picturing it, and just wanted to be sure. He understood and accommodated the request. I can see I’m in the minority as of this review, but honestly, even up to last minute changes in table setting counts and tables themselves, everything arrived in perfect order, right from the coffee cups on down to the dance floor. Our house looked amazing, and all we want to do now is throw parties here.
Event coordination on this scale is not foreign to me, and working with Elite for our own wedding, arranged and organized by ourselves and set at our own house, was seamless and professional.

In response to Daniel’s response to my review:
I was made to feel I could not pay from the time of initially ordering. I was told things were «very expensive» when I inquired about certain linen. As for my credit card, the one I have you had an expiration date of two days before the wedding. I had told you when I ordered it was going to expire and my bank would be issuing a new one. So, it was not denied; I had to give you the same exact card w/​the new date. As for the linen and emotional customers; when you deliver linen to a wedding party, they should all be the same! That’s just fact. You are lying in your response in regards to them looking the same. And you are also calling my dad a liar when you say there was no yelling or irritation when you picked up the equipment.
Nice try for a come back but, this business is the most unprofessional misfortune I had to deal with in regards to my wedding!

WORST customer service ever!!! Elite party rentals was scheduled to deliver 50 chairs for a wedding at the rose garden downtown. Unfortunately, there was a bike race the same weekend which had many of the streets blocked off. After several calls attempting to work out the chair delivery (and canceling at one point because the gentleman was pretty sure he could not figure out a way) we found a way to get the delivery. At my last call to him he told me, «do not call me again. I don’t have time for this. If we can deliver the chairs, we will, otherwise we will just leave and charge you». Granted I had called him several times, but given the hiccup I think it was appropriate. I do want to compliment the driver who actually delivered the chairs… he was fantastic… however I would never consider renting here. Its’ not worth the poor service from the manager/​owner.

I searched for the best price for tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Elite definetly had the best price but as the saying goes. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. 40 cheap white chairs and 4 tables with beige umbrellas that were all differant. Thank goodness it was for a baby’s birthday and not some fancy event.
On top of that, they said they would pick up there stuff on Monday and didn’t show till Tuesday.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF HIRING ELITE PARTY RENTALS FOR YOUR WEDDING. STOP & GO TO ANYONE ELSE! Elite Party Rentals was the worst vendor at my wedding! Not only did the owner/​manager/​salesman spell my name wrong after I spelled it several times over the phone, but he still got my name… AND ORDER wrong even after I drove all the way out to the showroom in person with my fiancé. It was a simple order. I originally reserved 120 chairs for my wedding via the phone. He told me that I could confirm the exact number needed closer to my wedding day. About a week before the big day I went in person to finalize the number to 100. I paid for delivery and set up separately, again because HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I SAID. I had to explain several times that I wanted 100 chairs set up. The set up time I requested was 11:00am. On the big day I receive a call from the few family members at the reception site that the chair guy was dropping off 120 chairs at 9:45 a.m., and was LEAVING WITHOUT SETTING UP A SINGLE CHAIR, which I PAID FOR IN PERSON. My mother-​in-​law to be & groomsmen had to set up the 100 ceremony chairs. I called Elite Party Rentals, who’s answering machine said they were open all days except Sunday (my wedding was a Saturday), and someone would return my call as soon as possible. Needless to say I left several messages, which were NEVER returned. EVER. Not that day, not that following Monday, not ever. They are the most IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY I’VE EVER WORKED WITH! I work in customer service, and the manager at this Rancho Cordova should be fired for his complete lack of knowledge of how to run a company, as well as the English language. I didn’t waste my time ever talking to this company because I was afraid they would charge my card again instead of refunding my money. He probably wouldn’t even understand why I’m upset. Then again. it was only the sweat of my family on my wedding day that was spent…
