Took my car in for repair. I didn’t get the repaired done since galen the owner was very honest and straight foward with the assessment of my car. During the whole ordeal I live in Apartments so I had no where to store my vehicle. But galen and the people at ground zero was nice enough to let me keep my car there until I got it sold. This saved me so much money and hassle. They have a great facility and a great staff with a clean shop environment. Not like other shops when you can see dust and grease from body work. Highly recommended. Go get all your collision needs at ground zero. They will definitely take care of you.

Went to Ground Zero to get an estimate. Awful service, I waited for quite a while even when I was the only one waiting. Then finally Galen comes out to check the car. He had no camera, no paper, he didn’t bring anything with him. He looked at the damage for probably just a minute. He then brings me to his office to discuss the damage which took maybe 20 minutes of air… it was a waste of time. In the end he wants me to bring in the estimate from your original adjuster and will discount your deduction upto $ 150 and another $ 100 if there’s additional damage.
Basically, this guy is lazy. He doesn’t know how to give an estimate because he doesn’t know what needs to be done. He is basing what’s needed on another company’s estimate and gives me a BS that his software is linked to the other insurance agencies. Seriously, then I don’t need to give my estimate cause he apparently has it.
Did I leave with an estimate, that’s avbig «NO» and I wasted at least an hour for waiting and him blowing air.
I could not wait to get out of there, the place needs to be fumigated or something cause the entrance alone was crawling with bugs all over the windows.

Love this place! It takes the sting out of an accident. Galen took care of everything, and their attention to detail rocked. They coordinated with the insurance company to make it as hassle-​free as possible for me. Nice to have my baby back, shiny & new! Thanks so much!

After my car was keyed I chose this body shop to repair the damage. Had a great experience up until I picked up my vehicle. It was raining so I couldn’t really assess the repairs. After a couple days I was finally able to observe my vehicle in the sunlight. There was white smoky looking stuff mixed in with my paint and the panel above my tire was not put on properly. My car was also acting up, lighting up all kinds of things on my dashboard. After giving the owner a call, he explained to me that they had disconnected the battery and that’s why it was acting up and because of the rain, the glaze on my paint turned into the smoky white stuff. I wish he could’ve explained that to me before I left or not given my vehicle back until the rain had stopped in order to ensure the glaze had dried properly. Also, trying to call to schedule a time to fix the repairs again was hard. Left a message with another employee and never received a call back, I had to call continuously until someone answered. However, they fixed my car again and right this time so I’m happy. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and caring, which was a great experience. I do recommend this place, overall had a good experience other than the little hiccups.

Yesterday I took my truck into Ground Zero because someone slammed their car door into mine and left a serious mark on it. Like an idiot, I tried to clean it off myself and made the mark much worse. I went to Ground Zero Auto Body and Galen had it looking like new in about 5 minutes. He was so nice that he didn’t even charge me anything. Well, I guess I just found my favorite body shop just in case I ever need one.

Be very careful when you dealing with this Body Shop. He doesn’t have any customer empathy, he doesn’t return calls on time or sometimes never picks up the call at all. So you may have to deal with this if you work this company. I am glad that i realized this and pulled it off from this guy at the earlier stage. Rating of 1 is too high relatively, but Unilocal doesn’t allow me to go lower

made an appointment yesterday for an estimate on damaged RV… When I arrived for appointment the guy wouldn’t even give me a written estimate saying he doesn’t get enough business from giving estimates… ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
