came in looking for a few parts for my bike and it took the guy literally 5 tries to retrieve to right part for my year make and model and when i got home realized this was for another year and when i got bike and exchange it the guy at the counter was so rude and responded, «you cant just drill some hole on this frame and make it fit?», why would i want to try to make something fit rather than buying a part that does.

I work for Harley Davidson and these guys talked to me like I was a common thief! The guys they have answering the phones are extremely rude and disrespectful. I would rather eat glass than do business with them! Customer beware!!!

My husband called during the week saying we would be coming Saturday from modesto to sell a bike and buy a new one … Well we showed up Saturday to a locked door and no one answering the phone not even a voicemail. The light said open and the door said open Saturday’s but I guess they decided to close early… Waste of a day !!!

Called about a sport bike add on CL and got a very abrupt and rude phone conversation. I asked if there was anyone that could answer a few questions about a bike I saw from their add I was interested in buying this weekend. I was told «no we have a lot of stuff here you just need to come down and look»…
That is not a way to gain customers. I am going to buy elsewhere this weekend they just lost a 6K sale.

I went to these guys to buy some parts to try to get my old Yamaha running again. They had most of the parts I needed in stock and what they didn’t have they were able to get and were there when they said they would be. They even talked me through trying to get my bike running again.
I am totally happy with everything, the knowledge and hospitality of everyone the parts I got and especially the prices of my parts.

This place has the absolute rudest employees. It’s almost to the point where even if they had a good deal, I wouldn’t want to give them my business. The employees are rude over the phone, and don’t let them pull the whole «I’ll call you back» thing on you because I’ve tried that twice and they never called back. I’ve never even posted on Unilocal before because usually I’m pretty easy-​going and understanding, but they have definitely urged my way on to this website. If you can avoid giving them your business, support another business that is more deserving of your time and money.

If you’re a fan of good service and a good selection of parts don’t walk away, run away from this place. The guy at the front counter (chewing tobacco) didn’t even make eye contact with me when I asked if they had bolts just a «they’re down there» as I heard him and an associate bashing customers who call in who «don’t know anything»
Bottom line: they had nothing I needed, but the service was terrible. I can’t speak beyond the main front desk associate (curly blonde hair, tattoos, gauges) but him alone really turned me off on this place. The best of luck to your lackluster establishment.

Been going here since 1990 when they opened, very helpful, will find hard to find parts. Always lots of used bikes for sale in the showroom. The new inventory is always changing and stocked well. I don’t know where the «they don’t let you walk the yard anymore» came from, because they have never ever let anyone roam the yard due to the thieves.

Wow. As I was approaching, I noticed the «Under new management» sign. Not sure what to make of it on the way in, but I sure did on the way out. I walked into a very clean and large shop. They had a dozen or more beautiful used bikes parked in the store, and a bunch of motorcycle stuff out where it could be browsed. I had come for two specific things, though. I’d sent an e-​mail to the store that went unanswered, but I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I thought I’d stop in.
The young man behind the counter — despite my being the only person in the store — did not acknowledge me or ask if he could help. I approached the counter and immediately got the feeling I was taking him away from something much more important than dealing with a customer. I asked if they carried used helmets and he simply said «no.» He did not ask if I might be interested in an inexpensive new one — which it turned out they had plenty of. He did not utter another word.
There was another gentleman behind the counter — he seemed more like a puller and he was friendly enough, but when I walk into a store –especially for the first time — I can do without the attitude.
On retrospect, it was not surprising there were no other customers. And if «new management» condones the kind of service I witnessed, they might as well keep the sign up for the new, NEW, management.

This place sucks. I bought a bike from them and it crapped out right out of the gate. They didn’t help at all. The bike developed electrical problems and they couldn’t fix it. The bike had a broken mirror that they said they would replace to get it to pass safety. They never got one even after I called them for four months about it. They suck.

I’m not sure what’s driving the negative reviews here, but my experience with them was all positive. They’re straight-​forward, honest, and run a legitimate business. They have a dry sense of humor, but take care of their customers. They are very up front about what you’re buying and what the return policies are. We purchased two bikes, and I would buy from them again.

this place has the highest prices i bought a bolt they charged me a dollar extra for the fact i did not have the old on to give them WTF?! called it a recycling fee … lousy customer service to high of prices yeah ill give my business to sac cycle …

I was worried about coming here after reading the older reviews, but they were the only ones that had what my husband needed– so i went.
Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. I was helped by Kameron. Maybe in his early 30’s? One older guy was a little grouchy but Kameron was very helpful. He immediately got someone to pull the part we needed and then entertained our kids with the vending machines and he let my daughters try on helmets. Very pleasant experience. We will only ask for Kameron the next time we stop in.

so, i walk up to the counter and inquire about a used tank because they don’t allow people to walk through the yard anymore. which is kinda just lame. so the douche looks up from his ebay sales for a second to say «uhh about 175 or so» …for an f-​ing 1973 that might be rusted out? i could buy a «custom» brand new tank for that much… seriously.
the guy gave me some more horribly overpriced quotes for some other used items that i kinda just laughed off… anyways. they have a nice selection of expensive used beat up bikes. if your into paying more than somethings worth i’d seriously check out this spot… it’s rad.
