History

Established in 2006.

When things took a turn for the worse for construction back in 2006 (After 10 years in the industry as a flooring installer) I decided to expand on my knowledge in the trade to cleaning and restoring tile and stone.

I received training in Phoenix. by the company that actually makes the tools that most professionals in the tile cleaning industry use. I started out specializing in working with tile and natural stone, like travertine, marble, slate, etc…

Since then, do to all of the extensive experience I had installing and repairing carpet, I decided to include carpet cleaning and restretching to my list of services. I am constantly researching new techniques and tools that are coming out so that I can give my clients the best available final results.

I am an owner operator so you will always know who it is that will be doing the work. Unlike other companies that have employees, my lively hood is a direct result of my customers satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, I’m not done.

With over 17 years in the floor industry, in 2006 I decided to expand into providing the cleaning and restoration services that I now offer to my customers. I was trained by some of the leading experts in the hard surface restoration business. Over the years that have followed I have gained more of a love for the restoration side of the industry so much that I have slowly faded out of the installation part and now I only market my new found love as owner of Sierra Tile & Stone Care. I look forward to showing you what I can do to help transform your tile or natural stone surfaces.

Marc was very conscientious and meticulous with the tile floor and porcelain tile shower I needed deep cleaned. All I can say is WOW! The cleaning Marc did on my tile counters and floor was amazing! He gave me a reasonable estimate and was done sooner than he thought. I wish I would have used him in the past instead of spending a full day on my hands and knees scrubbing! Marc did a great job cleaning our slate shower which was awful. He was not able to remove all of the grime but it looks so much better! We also had him clean our tile floors thruout and he did a fantastic job. He took special care to clean every grout line and the floors look and feel great. I will use Marc again and highly recommend his services.

We hired Marc Leonetti to clean our carpet because of his extensive experience, attention to detail and competitive rates. Even though our carpet was new (installed by the previous owner), we wanted it cleaned nonetheless before moving into our new home. To our dismay, the carpet severely buckled after it was cleaned and dried. Marc explained that buckling was the result of poor carpet installation (i.e., carpet was never power-​stretched upon installation). Regardless, Marc jumped in and offered to power stretch the carpet and did an outstanding job! He also managed to eliminate an unsightly gap between the carpet and baseboard without having to remove the baseboard. Needless to say, we’re very impressed with Marc’s integrity and glad that we went with his full service carpet care. We will definitely use Marc’s services again in the near future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional carpet care.

Marc did an outstanding job cleaning our dirty tile and grout! He came out within two days of my original call. On the day of the appointment he called to see if he could come by a little early which was so helpful. He got the job done within about 2 hours and my old, dirty floors looked just about new. Marc was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to spruce up their tile. Oh, and I should mention that he did this all for a very reasonable price!

Marc, who is the owner and proprietor of Sierra Tile, Stone and Carpet cleaning exceeded EVERY expectation I had. Having hired dozens of carpet cleaners over the course of 40 yrs I have had some good luck and some bad luck using different companies.
When I was leaving a house that I was house sitting, we decided to give the owners of the home a welcome home by getting their carpets and tile cleaned. Marc was an absolute professional and considerate in every way. He arrived on time and as I was unable to stay the entire time because I needed to go to work, I left instructions how to let himself out when completed.
When My husband and I returned that night to look at the work he had done, we both were amazed at the incredible job he had done! The carpets looked like brand new carpet as well as the well worn tile looking like it had just been layed!
Talk about amazing, on top of that his price was so reasonable and less than I had been quoted by other companies!
Guess who is using him again for OUR home we are putting on the market in a couple of months? Me!

About 5 years ago I had Marc come to our house to clean our tile. He did such an amazing job and was so professional. Fast forward to today. I have just moved into an older ranch house and the tile needed a lot of love. For some reason Marc’s name and reputation stuck in my mind after all of that time and I was excited to call him and see if he could clean and shine up this old house. I was thrilled that he was still available and in business. He drove all the way out from Sacramento, a long distance to our country home. He worked really hard, paid such attention to detailing, was unbelievably pleasant, and incredibly professional. The tile looked deeply cleaned after he was done and I couldn’t have been happier! It is a wonderful thing to have the owner of a company come out to do the work himself. He really puts his heart into his work and is a delight to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation! What a great company!

The most highly trafficked areas of our home are comprised of a very light colored tile and an even lighter colored color sealed grout.
We had previously been able to maintenance the grout by virtue of an annual, back breaking day of scrubbing on our hands and knees with toothbrushes, however, 2 dogs and 8 years later, the color seal had worn off the grout in the most trafficked/​cleaned areas and the unsealed grout was showing through. The result was discolored grout lines that appeared to be absolutely filthy no matter how long or hard we scrubbed. Our tiles also had an overall dingy appearance and I was never satisfied that they were perfectly clean, even after a thorough steam mopping and scrubbing. We finally became so disgusted with the look of our floors that we called Sierra Tile, Stone & Carpet Care.
I cannot praise this company and Marc Leonetti highly enough for the job that he did on our tile and grout. After he cleaned the tile/​grout, and resealed the grout lines, our floors literally looked like they did when they were brand new. I knew the floor had looked horrible before, but I didn’t realize just how horrible until Marc was finished.
Marc was very professional and friendly, and we will absolutely call on his services again in the future. I am so pleased to have my floors actually look clean when I’m finished cleaning them and I highly recommend Marc Leonetti and Sierra Tile, Stone & Carpet Care to anyone in need of professional floor cleaning services.
Companies and professionals of this caliber are few and far between these days and it is a rarity to have your expectations exceeded as a customer. My only regret is that we didn’t call Marc sooner! :)

Marc did a fantastic job on our Travertine stone yesterday. It was pretty dang dirty after three years of kids and pets in and out and I can’t believe the difference. Marc was also great about explaining what he was going to do and giving me a very clear and fair pricing guide. We’ve had some less than great experiences with very expensive and not very thorough stone and tile services. I highly recommend Marc and Sierra Tile and Stone!
