Best Chinese food in Rancho. So fresh. Building is small I hope they will one day be able to open up in a larger building to take in more guests. We come regularly the workers are all nice and the food never disappoints.

It’s not that great. If you are really really really hungry like I was it does the job. I had mine to go I waited in the car and the lady brought it to my car which was nice of her. I ordered beef and broccoli-beef flank in stead of beef round, jade chicken was very good they didn’t have sesame seeds chicken but the jade chicken. Had sesame seeds on it, house fried rice was very good, house chow me in not good.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. However, if you like Mandarin cuisine, you don’t mind a wait, and you value good food more than good service, this is the place for you..

Service and food is great! Love coming to this place for lunch. It’s a great price for all the food you get. I’ll eat this over a fast food hamburger for the same price any day. $ 7.99…can’t beat that!

People like to call this a famous«hole in the wall». And I agree 100%. I’ve been to several Chinese restaurants and this one tops them off. You can taste organic in every bite you take. They don’t believe in MSG or any other unhealthy substance. Their meats taste so good and it’s an overall amazing combination for my stomach. Lol. I recommend this place. I am currently craving this at 7:00am. That’s how addicting it is. Oh yeas, and they have adorable fish that constantly love to kiss each other is adorable.

Great food. Decent prices. Service is ok but sometimes the oriental ladies do not seem to have patience — but not rude.

Food at this place is awsoooome! As far as the environment it’s incredibly small and crammed. I will say although it gets very crowded and hectic the staff have memory for food orders like a steel trap so that’s a plus. If your looking for amazing Chinese food this is the place, if you want quiet comfortable dine in this isn’t the place.

This place is so good! I recommend getting there before the dinner rush. The wait can be long since the place is so small. The staff is hard working and friendly! The food is always fresh!

My dad has been a regular at China Point for years now, and since I’ve moved back to California it has become a regular dining spot in my rotation. The place is always busy, but you never wait long. The first dish I tried was the orange chicken with chicken chow mein. Omg!!! The orange chicken is amazing with perfectly battered white meat, crunchy and glaze to die for. Also, not too spicey. Lots of chicken in the chow mein. Another favorite is the broccoli beef and walnut glazed shrimp. My dad gets the spicy noodle seafood soup. So good!

We have been coming here for about 8 years as a family. The women that work there are so kind, generous and very attentive to our needs. We go there for the glass noodles, fried eggplant and Szechuan shrimp. Their lunch specials are a good size serving for the reasonable cost. Every time we go there, we’re treated so well that we continue to come back. If you haven’t eaten there, you need to try the best little Chinese restaurant in town.

My family and I have been regulars ever since China Point opened 25 years ago. The majority of customers love their food and all of the dishes that are cooked fresh-to-order. This is why sometimes there may be a wait. After reading some of these reviews regarding the wait time, did you not see the bright red sign in front of the kitchen stating, in plain English and Spanish, that they are not a fast food eatery and it takes time to cook your food FRESH? Their lunch specials are generous portions. Highly recommend it and worth the wait!

Horrible management and service. I have called and tried to place pick up orders several times and have always been told to call back at least 30 minutes later. Well finally I was able to place a phone order after having to wait 5 minutes on the phone and hearing all the yelling and commotion going on inside the restaurant. After placing my order, lady was rude kept yelling at me, I was told to come pick it up in 40 minutes. They seemed to of forgotten our order and we ended up waiting an 1 hour and 15 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us even after they had taken our money. We were ready to ask for our money back and leave and that’s when they finally brought our order. After we got our food no sorry’s or a thank you. Nothing, nada Food was not worth the wait. My jjampong was very greasy and only tasted like red pepper. Probably the most tasteless jjampong I have ever had. My husband’s jjajangmyun however was good, potatoes in there were undercooked though.

My dad and I came here for dinner tonight. The restaurant wasn’t that packed when we first arrived but it was completely full about 20 minutes in. We were seated and given water but then it took the waitress about 10 minutes to come take our order which was dinner b. Soon after it took an hour for them to even bring chips and excuse the delay of our food. Others tables around me also weren’t being serviced but a couple came in a lot later than my party and others and were given their food right away. After an hour we finally received the wonton soup and there was no flavor. When we finally got our entrees we still hadn’t received our rice. The fried rice didn’t even seem fried rice at all as I could not find vegetables or eggs in it. The workers seemed overwhelmed and would their way of speaking was not welcoming, I felt like more of a burden than a customer. I recommend the owner hire more workers. Why have a restaurant full of unhappy people because everyone is stuck waiting. Only upside was that they gave us green tea ice cream on the house. Never again for me.

Horrendous service I would recommend ordering via phone. They are not nice. I ordered 100 bucks worth of food to go and they shorted me to entrees. When I confronted them they argued with me. Food is great really but again bad customer service

We have been coming here for about 7 years with my family. We continue to come back for the fried eggplant and glass noodles. Food is not the only reason we come back, it’s the service we get from the owners. Every time they see me and my family, they treat us like we’re family. If you’re looking for good Chinese food and great service, you have to eat at China Point.

I’m going to give them a 5 star because their food is a 4, but their service tops it off. Their food is a good flavor all around, nothing too special, but certainly no where near bad. What really stands out is their breading on their fried dishes. Sweet and sour pork and orange chicken are all very tasty with a good light yet crispy batter on them. The sauces are ok, but that batter really makes them. Service is pretty top notch friendly, on top of things, and happy to have you there. They may get extremely busy but are always striving to keep on top of things as best they can. Check this place out over one of Rancho’s chain restaurants.
