Was very prompt in returning my phone call. He did an amazing job cleaning my pool. Very nice and professional.

As a novice pool owner I called Diamond Pools to help me grow my pool back to being blue. Mark was very honest and told me how simple the problem was and didn’t try to charge me with other items or upsell me anything. Very honest and reliable. Will only go to them for all my pool needs.

Mark installed a new pool pump, motor and all the valves for our pool at the end of April. One of the valves started leaking I contacted him and two weeks later he came and looked at it. He lubed it up and said it worked. Well it was still leaking. I left him a message to please call me. I text messaged him several times and he didn’t reply for almost a month. Today he finally called back and said that he can’t do anything for us. That we need to call the manufacturer ourselves for any warranty issue. The valve should last more than a month and a half. If you want warrantied work don’t get your equipment from Mark!

Mark is definitely professional and knows exactly what he is doing. We had the pleasure in working with him and we will continue to use his services. We recommend him to anyone that needs great costumer service and one that knows what he is talking about. Thank you Mark for all of your help and for going above and beyond for us!

Called Mark and he was able to come to the house later that afternoon for a problem with filtration on our pool and spa. He was on-​time, cleaned our filters, and got our pool back up and running. His charge was very reasonable and we were extremely happy with his service and business. Will definitely use him again and would recommend.

I am writing this review for a property we own on Riverside County.
We have used Diamond Pools for well over a year. Our pool is always sparkling clean. Recently our motor died, Mark replaced it for a reasonable fee. We almost went to an electrician for a service Mark was easily and readily able to handle for a much better price. We are satisfied customers!
7÷20÷14, Approximately 3 months ago we received a letter from Diamond pools letting us know our area was no longer going to be serviced by then. Mark had already contacted a supplier to take over our account. Personally, I would have preferred a warning about this change but, but luckily It all worked out as the replacement vendor does an excellent job. Mark selected an outstanding replacement.

Mark does his job and does it well. we know we can call him at anytime with questions.

We recently changed pool services to Diamond Pools and could not be happier. Our pool took a beating from the Fontana winds but none the less Mark has brought our pool back to life. He also fixed our spa which was not heating. We highly recommend going with him!!!
