I have been disappointed with my uniforms having an awkward smell after I pick them up from my local dry cleaners. I noticed Marc and his team in my neighborhood and decided to give him a try. Marc contacted me directly and I expressed my concerns. Marc took the time to educate me on the dry cleaning process and promised they would not smell and that they would be pressed properly. Marc and his team exceeded my expectations. I will continue using Dry Cleaning Next Day and refer him every chance i get! Thank you!

This is an amazing and convenient service that costs the same as my local dry cleaner but they pick up at my door and deliver it back (clean and pressed) the next day. They call me the night before to remind me to put my dirty clothes on the porch and then bring it back the next day. I am thrilled with the quality, price and customer service is amazing. This week they even made a special trip to pick up something that I forgot to put out with my normal weekly order. Have I mentioned that this service is amazing?!

This is a wonderful company. They are extremely professional and treat their customers with respect, They are prompt with pickup and delivery. They return phone calls if you have any issues, within 24 hours as well. We had an incident about a year ago, where my husbands suit jacket was lost, which probably happens 1 in a millions times., We patiently waited to see if another client received it in with their dry cleaning by accident and would return it to the cleaners, who would in turn return it to us. Guess what? The jacket never turned up. Dry Cleaning to go reimbursed us for the full cost of the suit. Where else would this happen? Not in Beverly Hill. You guys ROCK!!!

2. On the day of pick up, just stuff all of your dry cleaning into the neon green corded laundry bag that they provide (it has a luggage tag with your name and address on it — no worries about getting someone else’s clothes, or someone getting yours)
3. Hang the laundry bag on your front door. A wreath hanger is provided for your use so you can just hook it over that.
4. The neon green van comes to pick up your dirty dry cleaning, only to return promptly THE NEXT DAY with your clean dry cleaning.

You receive an automated reminder call the night before your pick up each and every week.
And lastly, the price is VERY competitive with other dry cleaners in the area. Not bad considering the excellent service, time saving factor, hassle elimination, and consistantly great results.
