O’Reilly Auto Parts

Ok, we’ve left and are on the freeway. Yay traffic… the gentlemen here are super friendly and are willing to help out people in their time of need. I’ve never been helped out more of a nother auto parts store. I must say the guys that work here definitely know what they’re doing and when it comes to helping out people in their time of need they will do the best that they can. If you’re ever in this area definitely stop by here if you need something for your vehicle.

My brake light went out while I was driving on baseline so I pulled into this location. I bought the part and within a few minutes the manager (I believe his name was Manny) had changed it for me and I was on my way. Extremely great customer service. Thanks :)

Stopped in to get windshield wipers and they were very helpful. He looked up the sizes I needed, suggested a brand and then installed them for me. Ask for Daniel he is friendly and helpful. I will go back!

I love this location. It’s convenient for my busy day and the employees are always so helpful. Last time I was in a picked up a battery and the young man was so nice putting it in for me, and mentioning that they also install windshield wipers too. So today I rolled in hoping that was true, because with as little rain as we get I. SoCal, my wipers were literally disintegrating on my windshield. Jose helped me out. He pulled up all the wipers they carried (15 thousand, to be exact…) and asked me which I preferred. I said, which would you put on your wife’s car? He picked out a modest pair of blah blah, flex and explained the they were bowed so they acted more like a squeegee than a wiper. Sounds good to me. He ran out and installed them and refused my tip, as usual. In and out in less than ten minutes, even though they were pretty busy, about 5 more customers came in during my time there. I really liked how jose and the other man in the shop seemed to work as a team. A+ in my
Book! And then as I am about to leave and my little guy was already in his car seat he showed me that my back window wiper had a casing and needed to have a special order, which is why we didn’t find one in the system. «No problem, don’t worry about taking the little guy out of the car, I’ll go a head and order it and call you when it arrives.» What great customer service! Hahaha, just went back to look at my last review a year ago and found out it was Jose who waited on me both times! It’s great to see that a good employee had been happy enough to stay!

kept on the phone over 10 mins… it was a call to find out if they have a part. a simple yes or no. instead I heard him talking to this or that person. don’t they use computers or have an idea of what is in stock? never got an answer. not worth doing business with a place that can’t even answer a simple question of what’s in stock.

It’s a small shop right next to the 76 gas station– a perfect combination in my opinion for great, price-​friendly gasoline and great «quick-​stop» sort of car service. The employees are so friendly in that way where they remember your face. These are genuine locals who also have a passion for automobiles, as they have their own projects to work on as well for the most part. I usually stop by here to find out the prices on oil and little parts. I’ve done most of my car maintenance through this O’Reilly and I do not regret it one bit. From the PCV valve, to trunk lift support ball joints, white lithium grease, Dot 3 oil for that brake line flush or clutch hydraulic system installation, these guys will provide meaningful tips to help you on your journey to a healthy vehicle. I’ve seen them walk outside to further assist a customer and asks for nothing in return because they believe it is something that they should do. And I applaud them for it. Thank you!

One of my favorite auto parts shops in Rancho. They are not that busy but they have their times when they are just like everyone else. They work fast and are always helpful. I always enjoy coming here for my parts.

I really wish Unilocal would let you do a review with zero stars. Dealt with the «Assistant Manager». This is the third O’Reillys that said they’d have the part in the store the next day. Once again no part, no phone call, no apology. As a member of management he could have at least apologized but after leaving us waiting for 15 minutes, he couldn’t even bother to do that. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated badly.
