The staff here are so helpful, but it’s best to get an appointment when you can because it gets crazy busy! Xray technician was really nice and fast!

This place awesome, there’s almost no waiting time, prices are really affordable and service is good. They email your doctor the results so you don’t have to be worried about picking them up and sending them again. Good location also

NO STARS is what Quest Diagnostics Grove Location deserves and they can thank JUDY. (This facility is now moved to Foothill in the Walmart Neighborhood Grocery shopping center.)
Anyway JUDY was rude to my 72 year old mother. We went there to have basic lab work done, aparently they were in the process of moving to the new facility BUT they were open in the morning. When we got there we were told they were closing for lunch for an hour. So we went and did some running around and returned back an hour later. When we entered the front office we were told they were closed for the day. My mom said we were just here and was told to come back in an hour. JUDY said we are closed and told another lady in a white coat to get up and close the door. As that happened another lady came up to get lab work, she was around mother’s age and she had an appointment. They would not open the door for her. I knocked on the door harder for the other lady and finally they opened it and JUDY SAID WE ARE CLOSED! Yes she had a raised voice. The other lady explained she had an appointment and had paperwork. JUDY raised her voice again and told the other worker to close the door we’re closed.
It was extremely rude how she spoke to both my mother and the other lady. Closed or not closed clearly there was a miss in communication in instructions for these to ladies to get lab work done. No matter what, show some respect to your elders JUDY. My mother was really upset.
We are thankful that there are other locations for Quest Diagnostics. We will not be going to the one that employs JUDY.

Crystal is the bomb! She is the one to request. Take it from me I’ve had every bad experience you can imagine because my veins are hard to draw blood from. Crystal did it quickly without pain and I am not Bruce today! She was amazing! Request Crystal she is great!

This place is so unprofessional.

Went in today to have about 12 tests taken… I came fully prepared for the wait as I did not make an appt on line. The only appt available on line was closer to the noon hour and I didn’t want to have fasted that long from the night before. So I took my chances got up early grabbed my books to read, kindle, Sunset Magazine etc etc.
Parking lot is always full here, no indication of the wait inside though so don’t be discouraged. Quest is located on the 2^nd floor in the Southern Building which is marked from the street as «Grove Diagnostics» .
The thing about these sort of places is that most times people are ill… coughing, hacking, etc GROSS anyhoo when I entered I was pleasantly surprised that there were only 3 people (counting myself) in the waiting room. I had barely wrote my name down @8:42am, when they called my name HOT DAYUM! I was thinking WOW really??? then they told me to have a seat in cubicle 2 and I was good to go.
Karyn was administering my test today. SPECTACULAR bed side service. Bubbly, friendly, calming, kept my mind off of the amount of blood that was being taken. The Front office people were caring and nice as well.

The lady who drew my blood made a rude comment about how small my arms were, then after she drew the blood she sent me away bleeding still and with such a small piece of tape, it wouldn’t even stick to my arm. I won’t be going back here.

As everyone else previously mentioned make an online appointment, but still expect a lot of waiting. Somehow they skipped my name just because and I had to go up there and tell them. Very frustrating, but oh well, I guess my wait time could have been longer without an appointment. The actual procedure is fat. Parking is plenary and the office slightly hidden on the second floor.

Make an appointment online:-) place can get packed and you can wait hrs if no appointment.

Getting told by the doctor that you have to get blood work done is one of the most depressing things, since the doc is looking for something else that is wrong with you and then you have to deal with the lab, which most treat you like cattle.
I made a reservation the day before and didn’t even have to sit and wait, by the time my paperwork and documents were photocopied I was taken back.
I was treated in a very professional manner and even though this place is out of the way– I will return here.

This location is always packed. My advice: Always go online and make a reservation ahead of time, at least a week in advance. Seriously. This will help you avoid having to do the Wait From Hell as if you were in a DMV office, which is made exponentially worse if you go in there feeling sick to begin with.
