Savannah Heating & Air Conditioning

We realized our AC unit stopped working late Wed afternoon. We called a couple other heating/​cooling companies but either got no response or a 3 day wait during triple digit temperature days (FAIL).
The hubby called Savannah on Thursday morning, got through to John Warasky (President of the company) right away and he said he would come by later that afternoon. John arrived during the expected timeframe, and was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the part replacement efficiently. He answered my many questions graciously and broke down the need-​to-​knows about the unit — age, how much energy it was using, max Amp usage, type of refrigerant, etc.
Overall, very friendly, efficient and genuine. I didn’t feel like he was looking to rip off a desperate stay at home mama with a house full of sweaty kids. Not to mention the AC is working like a charm and the price was really reasonable too. When my AC finally gives out, Savannah will be at the top of my list to call! Thanks for the stellar customer service!
