Carol and Clint are such good people. They take great care of the place, its clean and safe and they have little dolly’s that you can use to move your things to your storage unit. Honestly this is the best place to get a storage unit. Hands down the best place to store your things.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a positive experience renting a storage locker here. Several issues prompted the 5 star rating:
1. Fantastic customer service! The couple running the facility were very helpful and «fun». Can tell they LOVE what they are doing. Wanted to stay and chat after transaction was finished.
2. Place was spotless and well maintained
3. Great security! Cameras and monitors everywhere.
4. Found this place by looking on Unilocal at reviews. had 3 prior reviews all stellar. Helps to pay attention to Unilocal reviews !
5. Went on their website and found a deal for 1 month free. Experience was so positive that wasn’t going to use the coupon until they asked.

This place is absolutely awesome. Carol and her husband are super great people, run a great ship, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. The facility is very clean, safe and secure. For anyone in Southern California, I would highly recommend this space. It was a fraction of the cost I’d incur in Los Angeles, and without the drama and risk that run in some storage facilities. This location is also right off of the 10⁄15 freeway in a very safe and clean neighborhood. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back. Thanks Carol!

Super nice staff and they gave me a better price with a little more storage space than 2 other storage facilities in the area. Right across the street from the post office. Facility is very well maintained and easy to enter and exit. Plenty of push carts around.

Rancho Cordova, CA
Very good customer service. I moved in from Northern California a couple weeks ago and spoke with Julie. The girl is awesome, she went above and beyond any other storage unit I have had up North. The place is clean, managed well and convenient.
Julie even bought us water while we unloading my moving truck! She even helped me out with my Penske moving truck (I promised I wouldn’t tell Unilocal what she did… but she handled my moving truck… and car carrier for us).
If you need a storage unit. Come here!
