She assisted our family in the sale of our home in the Springs Country Club, Rancho Mirage and the purchase of our new family home in Morningside Country Club. I’m a Realtor in Big Bear Lake, Bob Angilella with RE/​MAX Big Bear. I decided to buy a home in Rancho Mirage and I wanted to use an agent who was familiar with the area. Not knowing one, I took my chances and walked into Windermere Real Estate Company on Hwy 111. Catherine was the agent on the floor. We spoke for a while; she asked all the right questions. That week, she emailed me all listings with-​in my price bracket that met my criteria. The next week, we met and we viewed 6 listings, one that was perfect! We made an offer and she negotiated the deal as I requested along with arranging contractors and appointments. Catherine was organized, articulate and honest through the whole process.
