Specialties

Specializing in pizza, wings, and salads! Our crust is homemade and hand stretched and tossed when ordered. The wings are smoked and then deep fried for a unique flavor. Salads include special cheeses like feta, bleu cheese, and our house blend made with asiage, provolone, and romano. Delicious!

History

Established in 2015.

When we opened on July 20, 2015 our new restaurant saw lots of business and new fans from the start. As we have gained experience our food and service has improved, and so has customer loyalty!

We discovered Bruno’s in March while on our way to ski in Colorado. The pizza crust has that unique homemade taste; we all loved it. The wings were great too! We had a party of 12 and the staff accommodated us quickly on a busy evening. We will definitely eat here again on our next stop thru Raton.

Good, traditional American style pizza! Stopped out of desperation on a road trip through and had the Aloha (Hawaiian style pizza) and were not disappointed!

The reviews said this was great pizza and. Wings. Well we followed our inclinations and tried it. The pizza had a great crust and was made exactly to our order. We split a large Ceasar salad and it was better than many others we had elsewhere. This is the best pizza in Raton.

Whenever I see high reviews with low count, I think it’s family posting. Well, I’ve changed my mindset. The food is fresh and quite good for the area. We had fresh salads, wings, pizza and beer. We are selective where we eat. This was honestly good. There’s a pool table in the establishment too. Good people work here. Tip them. I do wish they’d add French fries to the menu. If you’re gonna eat this way, you may as well be able to go ‘all in!’ Stop by while in transit.

Outstanding food and service! Bruno’s has great pizza, wings, and salads. I’ve been there many times and every time I have left happy and full. They even have a gluten free pizza option (I have ordered many times and loved!)

I concur with the previous reviews. This place is a rare find! Fabulous pizza– crispy crust with A little cornmeal underneath. Fresh ingredients. Ice cold salads. And add to that an interesting ambiance. This building was a hotel in the 1800s. We will stop here again on our way through Raton

I lived in Raton last summer working for the Shuler. It was difficult to find anywhere to go eat and I usually went to Sonic and just dealt with the regret. The last few weeks before I left, this place opened literally downstairs from my apartment and saved my life! The people who own this place are as incredibly sweet and the food was everything I wanted it to be! I can’t wait to revisit them this summer!

Best kept secret in Raton! Quick 5min drive from hotels on to main st. Atmosphere is historic bar converted to family friendly pizza. Impressed with spinach salad and Brunovs special pizza! Friendly staff — will be back on the bext ski trip!

We found ourselves in Raton on our way from Austin to Colorado Springs, and knew little or nothing about the town, except that it was on our way from here to there.
And we are so very glad we stumbled across Bruno’s!
The pizza was good (I wish we’d tried the wings too!), the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Exactly what I would want from a local pizza joint.
