As I stand here waiting for my cab that is already 10 minutes late and after getting a call from the cab company that my driver will be another 15 minutes, I thought I’d write a review. I booked my cab last night for this morning at 4:30am because I have a flight to catch. I made sure that I got up and was ready early so I didn’t have to make the cab driver wait for me! And here I stand, outside, in the dark hoping not to miss my flight because I was told the company was way overbooked and they apologize! Isn’t this what you do? Maybe not overbooking or telling people when they book that the driver may be 10 – 15 min late because it is a busy time? I will NOT depend on this company again when I actually have to be somewhere. I usually take Über because they are always on time and have awesome service but I thought this early I’d be better off making an actual appointment with a cab company. Guess they proved me wrong. Now let’s hope I make my flight!
Quick follow up. Cab arrived and my driver is great! My frustration is with the company. No complaint on the driver.

I was in need of a ride to Ontario airport on short notice and my driver Daniel saved my day. Daniel showed up ten minutes early and was waiting for me outside of my apartment, saving me a hot walk carrying my luggage. The trip was as smooth as could be and Daniel was incredibly friendly and professional. If anybody needs a ride I highly recommend giving Daniel a call. He even answers his own phone!
