B2 Bistro + Bar is a casual neighborhood restaurant. Free from formality and artifice, we aim to be a destination for all age groups from the hip, connected, socially-​aware Millennials to the discerning, worldly Baby Boomers. We offer a casual, welcoming atmosphere with an active and well-​stocked bar.

B2’s chefs are sticklers for culinary excellence combining the freshest locally-​sourced ingredients (Farm to Table) with their own innovative twist.

Based on popular bistro-​style cooking from the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, and other Mediterranean countries, the culinary focal point is our wood burning oven in which many of our dishes are prepared (including our specialty pizzas). Our oven is an integral social-​gathering point in the restaurant where guests can enjoy the culinary theater created by our chef.

Along with superb food quality, B2 provides an eclectic and well-​priced wine list, 16 craft draught beer selections (Continuously rotating) and exceptionally craft cocktails. We specialize in barrel aging spirits & using only fresh seasonal fruit in our drinks. Whether it be a quick bite at our bar or a 5 course meal in our dining room you are sure to be impressed with every aspect of our hospitality program.

History

Established in 2015.

Started by Executive Chef Cesare «Chez» De Chellis and Andrew T. Rasizer, General Manager and Sommelier.

Meet the Manager

Andrew R.

Manager

Andrew Rasizer acquired a passion for the food and beverage industry at a very young age. Running around his grandfather’s restaurant «Chicken Galore», and watching him conduct business, instilled a drive in Andrew to become involved in every aspect of the industry.

Andrew is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with educational stints in west coast wineries (where he became a certified Sommelier) and Chengdu and Beijing, China. He has worked extensively in both the front and back of the house at various establishments throughout the Jersey Shore.

Andrew brings his formidable restaurant and hospitality skills and enthusiasm for the food and drink industry to his current position as General Manager and Partner of B2 Bistro + Bar.
