I was referred to Dr. Bergstrom due to a cancer on my nose. Their office called the same day to set up an appt. and I was scheduled in a timely manner. I was quite nervous but the staff and doctor were so welcoming and kind. The doctor even shoehorned in my surgery so I wouldn’t have to start over on my deductible. What doctor does that? I will not hesitate to go back to him or to suggest his services to others. His beside manner is A+.

While I liked him, and he was easy to talk to, he offered no insight into my issues, and it took 3 appointments (and 3 co-​pays) to tell me there was nothing he could do.
He gave me a website to look at and told me to take vitamins. He said, most likely, the vitamins would have a placebo affect, but to come back in a year to check my hearing. He said if it is worse, then there was something he could do.
I felt irritated and helpless… though, he was sweet as the days are long. I was just put off by him telling me to do my own research on the internet. I could have saved money and did that for free. It was a waste of time.
