Having a large toddler on-​the-​go, ear exams are hell. We have visited several doctors prior to our initial visit with Dr. Buxa. He is by far the most caring, gentle, and attentive ENT in the area. The children’s waiting play room is a welcoming enjoyable experience that sets a great tone for appointments. We are always promptly scheduled and never have a wait. I truly appreciate Dr. Buxa’s conservative approach. He does not over-​medicate and we have always received great results from treatments. As a mom, it is very reassuring knowing my little one is getting the best care and we are. Thank you, Dr. Buxa.

I saw Dr Buxa for several visits in the summer of 2011 — I’d been having frequent nose bleeds for awhile and they were becoming very frequent and inconvenient.
I called the office to make an appointment, and quickly got in. The first appointment Dr Buxa asked me a few questions, and took a quick look, apparently I had a blood vessel very superficially located and it was drying out a lot leading to nose bleeds.
Dr Buxa sprayed some anesthetic in my nose (a new sensation to me and I could taste it in my throat– quite unpleasant– but seemingly unavoidable). He used chemicals to cauterize the vessel.
I had to return a few weeks later as the nose bleeds had not stopped, their office graciously made me another appointment and again Dr Buxa did the chemical cautery and since then no more nose bleeds (almost 2 years later).
Dr Buxa was friendly and efficient, I would not hesitate to recommend my wife, family, or friends to go see him!
I have also heard very very nice things about Dr Bergstrom but have never seen him myself.
I don’t know what happened with the 1 star review, because my experience was exemplary!

I would not even take my dog to these people.
