Blvd. Body Shop

Picked up my car last week, and was so impressed with the detail job on it and how clean it was. I was so pleased. I’ve had my car detailed before but this time it was sparkling clean! A HUGE THANK YOU to whoever detailed it. I will share your great job with my family and friends.

Picked up my car this morning. Not only had the rear bumper been repaired but they had also taken care of a few rock chips on the front and rubbed out a long scratch on the door. I had asked Seamus if they could try to fix the scratch but was not expecting it to be invisible! And they washed my car and shine the tires and did a little vacuuming in the interior. What a delightful surprise! Highly recommend Boulevard body shop as they are reliable, competent, and very easy to work with.

Came in today after someone scuffed the corner of my car. The gentleman who came out to see my car said all it needed was to be buffed out and it would be fine. Didn’t even charge me for it and I was out of there in 10 min. Good Service and very nice people.

I ran into a former employee and they stated that they half-​ass a lot of cars, I told them that from what my car received. It was no surprise. I had a comment that they would fix their problems. Just to respond., I took it back five times. I had to buy a new under fender tire guard as they put it on upside down. The bolts didn’t line up. So they just used huge anchor bolts. My parents CTS, they put the axels in backwards., they took it back five times. After a while it’s just more of a headache to take it back, the last time I took my Honda in they told me to kick rocks.

These guys are amazing. Driving to be with my sick parent in Washington. Had a car issue. They got me fixed up & back on the road in ½ hour. Thank you to all of you. You are my batmans.

They did such a nice job on my truck all I can do is let the pictures say it all. I plan on taking it back for a little more work. The truck should last me another 20 years. They also did some front end paint on my 2014 Ford after I had hit a large rock. They matched the paint perfect. A month later I was having my tires rotated and the person let the tire hit the new paint. It was just rubber on the paint but we could not get it off. I took it back to BLVD and they rubbed it out. I was very happy as I keep my things running and looking right.

Blvd Bodyshop is top notch. Quality repairs at a fair price. I have had amazing experiences with them. If something isn’t right, they fix it 100% of the time. If you’ve had a negative experience there I would bet that they didn’t have a quality insurance company representing them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! these people are unprofessional, rude, liars, and have caused me more problems than I started out with. I had my estimate done there by Thomas who works for Geico, I was reassured that that boulevard was a good shop so I went ahead and scheduled an appt to get it done. When i showed up to drop my car off they had no recollection as to who I was and they had nothing in their computer, wasting my time. They ordered the parts and rescheduled me for the next week. I should have walked away at this point. When I brought my car for my «new» appt, they immediately dismantled my car and left in it their lot with the doors off and wind and dirt blowing and my parts thrown in my back seat on my nice new leather. They called me for a week insisting that they MUST remove my rack from my new car so they could finish the repairs. After them saying this for days, calling me, bugging me, I came to see if it could be removed. THE RACK WAS UNLOCKED THE WHOLE TIME. No one even checked to see if it was removable for 5 days at least while my year old car got sandblasted by the shit flying around in their trashy car lot. (the guy who works the desk) assured me that they would be careful and not scratch my roof racks as I watched this dip shit try to unscrew my crossbars, the alan wrench scraping against my car. So finally i get a call that my car is done, I go to see it and its dirty, half ass wiped down on the inside, a new scratch on my roof, 3chips in my hood and a nice little touch up paint job on the chips like someone used nail polish dabbed on to cover up the mistake. So my car is fixed from the original problem, but i am paying these assholes money to get a car with new damage, dirty, and they refuse to help me, the customer. They refuse to reimburse me, detail my car, talk to me, call me back, do anything to make it better and they pretty much told me to fuck off saying that they didnt do any of the scratches or chips and shitty touch up on my hood. The owner also is no where to be found, leaving any unhappy customers in limbo. But hey they sent me a thank you card, hoping they served me with the best service possible, and they guarantee satisfaction. Unless theyre giving HJs in the back office, taking your car here is anything but a happy ending.

I had a rear-​end collision in late November. My insurance company (Allstate) was awesome. They appraised the damage, gave me a written copy, wrote me a check in that amount and assured me that after the vehicle was examined completely by a body shop — if the finished amount was greater — they would pay THAT amount.
Fortunately, Blvd. Body was one of their approved shops. Based upon a Unilocal review of my first choice I elected to instead, visit Blvd. Body.
Whewww. Such courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a date to return with the vehicle on a certain day. I was assured they would meet their completion date.

I took the car in on the proper day. I received photos emailed to me as the de-​construction and repair proceeded. I called 2 days prior to the promised day and they said it would be ready one day early.
When I picked it up it looked brand-​new, Every gap was in perfect alignment. The new paint and the replaced paint-​striping was perfect. Nothing was missing. Nothing was overlooked. No little nuts or washers were to be found on the floor or in the trunk. It was spotless.
I’m very pleased to report that it could NOT have gone more easily — no anxiety — no missed communication i. e Adam was always available to answer questions. Simply, a great experience.

Let me start by saying I don’t give 5 star reviews, they always seem just as phony as the 1 star rants. I had the unfortunate luck to hit a deer 250 miles from home (the deer had it worse off) and had to leave my vehicle in Redding for 3 weeks. My insurance company recommended Blvd Body Shop. The customer service was outstanding. Adam West (not Batman) kept me informed through the process with updates and pictures, and gave me an accurate estimate of when to come back to town. He even picked me up at the airport when I flew back into Redding. My Honda Pilot looks like new and is running like a champ. I hope I never have to return, but I think they do great work and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We had an insurance claim & took our pick up to Blvd Body at the recommendation of our insurance company. We were very happy with the work done and especially happy with the time frame (took them only 3 days to finish what was originally estimated to take a week) and the customer service was above and beyond both when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up.

Worst body shop and response of my life. They had the car for two weeks and never even wrote estimate. Didn’t return calls and had to have towed somewhere else. Don’t walk somewhere else; you should run. Also took car apart to try and stop it being towed away. So we had towed on flat bed.

Worst service ever! Took several visits to fix car including missing hardware on vehicle. Lots of slimy excuses. I was told parts out of stock– turns out dealership down the street had them for about 2 bucks. I had to organize the delivery to the shop because these guys were too inept to figure it out. Took over two months to fix with them stalling the whole time. I you value your sanity or your car DO NOT go here. Zero stars if I could.

I read the other post, and I’m sorry that happened to that individual however, I said that I’d write Blvd Body Shop a nice review on Unilocal and I’m a woman of my word.
I had a better experience at this business then the previous reviewer. I was referred to this body shop by Totally Trucks on Hartnell Ave.
Blvd fixed the damage due to a fender-​bender in a timely fashion. From start to finish, everything was on-​track. I went to the dealership and it would’ve been a lot more expensive.
I didn’t have anyone to come with me or pick me up after I left my vehicle at Blvd and informed them of this imposition. They were willing to provide shuttle service for me but I ended up not needing a ride. I was happy to know that they would have provided one if I didn’t.
The repair was fine for me-I’m not too picky but my vehicle looked like it did before the fender-​bender.
Lastly, I was happily surprised to find that they had washed my truck when I came to pick it up. The dealership doesn’t even do that!
There was a little issue with the necessity of my leaving one of the fog lamps that broke off as a result of the accident, but they didn’t say that I needed to bring it so I didn’t. They then called me after I was already home about bringing it in. That was the only problem in my case. Blvd managed to take care of the problem without my having to figure out a way to go back there, or them coming to me to get it. I was pretty much stranded at home, because the truck at the body shop is my only vehicle.
Hopefully I’ll never have to use a body shop ever again but if I did, I’d go back to Blvd.

My worst mistake was not getting in a wreck, but taking it to this body shop. I had a minor wreck which should have been easy to fix. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed the paint didn’t match, the bumper did not align and their was over spray. I was told it was not their fault, these mistakes were their prior to their work. I knew this was not true because the paint on my car matched perfect before and the only panel that did not match was the panel they worked on. The attendant tried to lie and say they did not take off the bumper. I then showed him the quote he gave me and pointed out the line item that stated they were taking off the bumper. The attendant said I was wrong and raised his voice at me and started yelling at me. The owner of the business then tried to lie to me, telling me that all cars have over spray behind the gas lid. Later I find out my license plate bulbs do not illuminate; I had to spend a few hours of my own time troubleshooting and reconnecting wires that they did not connect when they obviously took off my bumper. On top of all of this, it now takes at least 20 minutes for me to fill up my gas tank because the gas pump trips due to the gas not flowing fast enough into the tank.
I know body work can be tough and everything is not perfect the first time, but as a body shop you have to realize this and own up to your mistakes. I was more upset by the terrible customer service than the horrific job. I would have been better off giving a kindergarten a paint brush. I do not want anyone to go threw this nightmare, that is why I am taking the time to write this review.
