Always delicious, always fast, always friendly! I don’t think we make it through very many days without a visit to Dutch! We’ve never had a bad experience there. My favorite it the blended Carmelizer.

Clutch place to get a cup of tea. I was driving back from Oregon and could barely stay awake. It was about 2 in the morning and this was my savior. I don’t drink coffee but their hot tea was perfect. Kudos for being 24⁄7.

I like this Dutch. Normally everyone is nice and cheerful but not the last time I went there. There was a one car in front of me and one on the other side. There was a girl standing there and she took my order and then I pulled up, and she went inside. A guy that worked there was leaning his whole body out of the window talking to whoever was in the car in front of me(guessing his gf). For 5 minutes he was leaning in and out of the window kissing and holding hands with the girl. Then a diff girl walked over and started leaning out holding the hand. Finally got the drink and they still Sat there talking. I think they saw me getting irritated so they finally let her go. When I pulled up they took my cards and handed them back with the drink and didn’t say goodbye or anything. I pulled off and my ice was melted in my Tea. Very disappointed!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dutch Bros and wish there were one in our area, so we always try to stop at least once when in an area where there is a Dutch Bros. I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Dutch Bros. This is was AWFUL! Stopped by on 9⁄19 while driving home from vacation. We pulled up and there were 3(or maybe 4) girls working in the booth. When we arrived, we were the only vehicle on either side. We took a minute to decide and during that minute, were subjected to listening to the young ladies discuss intimate details of their lives with one another. It was very inappropriate. After placing our order, and with only one other car arriving, we waited over 10 minutes for them to make 3 drinks! My husband had to repeat the order 3 times because the young lady couldn’t get it right. And we didn’t order anything other than what was on the menu. Meanwhile, the young ladies chattered on about their lives… and chattered… and chattered. LOUDLY! My husband turned to me and said, «Watch…they are so busy talking that they’ll get the order wrong.» And yep… when our drinks arrived 10 minutes later, they gave us 3 large drinks even though we ordered 1 large and 2 mediums. At least we were charged for the correct size. And my husband had asked for decaf. When he asked the girl if it was decaf, she said, «I don’t know. Let me check.» She checked with the gal who had made the drink and that gal said, «Oops. Did you say, ‘decaf’?» By that point, we just wanted to get back on the road, so my husband said to forget it. Hope this Dutch Bros. gets their act together.

Lets just say DB is doing really well in Redding. Several locations, affordable product, and friendly/hip atmosphere. Dutch doesn’t only have great coffee and energy drinks but DB also has an experience factor with their young, friendly staff that appeal to the young demographic. A+ for Dutch Bros Coffee

I frequent the two Dutch Bros. locations on Churn creek rd. they are always friendly and get my order right each and every time. Their coffees are excellent and best Starbucks hands down especially their customer treatment(no attitude) and superior coffee.

Considering there’s no coffee bean’s near me in Redding, I decided I’d stop by Dutch Bros and give it a try. Nothing but rave reviews for this place. The staff is exceptionally friendly and personable. The cashier knew just from me pulling up that it was my first time at Dutch Bros, and he let the whole staff know so they could personally welcome me! I ordered the caramelizer and it was delicious. A bit too sweet, but espresso is bitter so it balances the taste out. The man at the window also gave me a Dutch Bros punch card and stamped out 11 of the spaces, so the next time I come in: my coffee is free. Without a doubt, the most pleasant customer service from any coffee joint.

This location has the friendliest, fun and fast dutch crew, they also have my drink ready when they see me drive up. I recommend the sugar free blended rebel you can add flavor to it, my favorite is peach. They also sell water called DUTCH2o

My drinks are almost always spot on and when they aren’t they do everything they can to make it rite! I call it my coffee milkshake! The service is phenomenal. Dutchbros is a micro culture one I thourgholy enjoy being a part of. It is a little slice of the world were you always know you’re going to get great personality out of the barista!

If only these existed in Southern California… Dutch Bros is an experience. The staff are insanely friendly and upbeat, so you’re not just getting a caffeine shot– you’re also getting their contagious, ultra happy attitudes, too. Kids love the smoothies. Non-coffee drinkers can get the flavored rebels.

We stopped in @ the Corning location. The guy was very nice and asked if we’d ever been to a Dutch Bros. before. When we told him, «no,» he gave us our order on him and said, «Welcome to Dutch Bros!» What a delicious treat! Super good! Had the«Freeze» and it was de-licious!!! Way better than Starbks Mocha Frapp! We can’t wait to stop here again! Good job, guy who bought our order!!! Thank you!

Best Dutch Bros location, hands down. Great staff, lively atmosphere, and yummy drinks. The staff is always willing to tweak an order, engage in conversation, and do their best to give a positive experience. No need to change a thing.

I awoke at 5am the day after Thanksgiving at my hotel room in Redding with my mind racing full of all the things I wanted to do that day before heading back home to SJ. «First thing’s first,» I thought to myself. I needed coffee, ASAP. I looked at the pathetic excuse of a coffee maker they have in my hotel room and sneered at it. So I grabbed my phone and Unilocaled: coffee. I saw a couple of Indy shops and The Mermaid pop up on my screen. I don’t have much love for The Mermaid, so I clicked on the first Indy shop and it didn’t open until 7am! Really? 7am? By 7am I’ve done more things than most people accomplish all week. This would not do. Next on my list was Dutch Bros(DB) My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw: «Open 24÷7» Is that for real? Is this a typo? I’d just have to see for myself. So, I threw on some clothes and hit the road. It was pretty close by where I was staying so I was there in less than 5-minutes. Sure enough the lights were on and there were a couple of other cars in what appeared to be a line. «It’s open 24⁄7AND it’s a Drive-Thru?!? Surely this is madness!,» I thought perplexedly. I then took my place in line; perused the menu; and when my turn came up I proceeded to order: 1) Large Double Chocolate Mocha(DCM) w/an extra shot for me 2) Large Sugar-Free White Chocolate Mocha(WCM) for the wife 3) Small Dutch Cocoa(DC) for the boy. The girls working(God bless ‘em!) were all super-friendly, very polite and(more importantly) brewed a mean cup o’ coffee. They were having a blast rocking out to some Country music and had smiles for all the customers; you could tell they enjoyed their jobs and that was really good to see. The coffees and cocoa were all very good and I’d highly recommend any of them. My DCM was a regular(normally I order Sugar-Free, but I’m on vacation dammit!) so it was a bit sweeter than I’m accustomed to; luckily I ordered the extra shot of espresso in mine so it probably helped cut the sweetness. My wife really enjoyed her WCM; she thought it was perfect. The boy liked his DC, but what kid doesn’t? Everything here was really good, but not spectacular. However, the location(right off the freeway); hours; drive-thru; and spectacular service is what really gives this place the 5-star bump. I hope DB managment reads this and relays this review to the crew that was working there on 11÷29÷13 @ 0530. They all deserve a raise. Kudos!
