Hertz Rent A Car

I will never go through this hertz location again if any hertz at all… the car they gave me had a bad battery and had to be jumped everyday… when I called to have them bring me a new one, they told me I had to jump the car and return it myself.m.mguess what hertz your car won’t take a jump at all now what… a bunch of bull, you brought me this car bring me one that works. Now I’m going to call the insurance company and suggest they use enterprise instead

Car was totaled by semi truck so had to rent car for a few weeks till I bought new car. Dropped it off and accidentally left garage door opener in it. Called and female (Manager) was super rude and demeaning. Basically unless I paid $ 20 and went down to Fex Ex to open an account, I wasn’t going to see garage door opener again. The stupid things cost $ 20! Why would I waste an hour of my time going to Fed Ex and open an account? Hertz is a million dollar operation. I spent minimum of $ 600 there just in the past few weeks and can’t get the garage door opener sent for free or just charge to my credit card??? I’ve had hotels send my pillow in mail for free after one night stay (only $ 120 spent). Thank you for doing business with us, we’re gonna screw you over. I know where my money is not going again. Terrible.

Great service! The staff was exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to get the vehicle we needed to accommodate our needs for a recent vacation.

Do NOT rent from this location, this is a franchised hertz located in a collision center… they give u horrible cars that r not safe to drive. they gave me a 2013 dodge with 47,000 miles on it plus it didn’t feel safe to drive because it was making a weird noise as I’m driving. the person who gave me the car was nice but didn’t know what she was talking about.. 1^st I picked up the car on Friday and returned it on sunday, she Said when u return it here, cross the street and leave the keys in a drop box in another collision center related to them. well guess what? There was no drop box and none of the 2 places was opened. I stood there for ½ hr trying to contact customer service 3 times with everytime they would hang up in my face. Apparently, I am supposed to return it at the airport location if its on a sunday. well I was never told that neither that was written in the agreement when I chose to pick up and return in the same location close to my house. they are very unprofessional and ignorant location. now I have to return again to them to return the keys. I am so frustrated!

They don’t give you a car that remotely compares to your own. They tell you up front no pets. I have two dogs, what if I have to go to the vet!!!
Their Subaru only gets 18.4 mpg on the freeway and that is staying under the speed limit. Go up to 65 and the mpg drops to 16.5.

We unfortunately had to get a rental due to a recent car accident… this Hertz location made the experience super simple and painless. This office is located is inside the SJ Denham Collision Center which also was super helpful regarding our ordeal. The people there were caring and on top of it each step of the process.
