Business Owner

I have served clients as a solo practitioner in Redding since 1992. I attend several continuing legal education seminars each year, including National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum (SVBF); I subscribe to both print and online programs including the Maxinar series; and I always significantly exceed the Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) prescribed by the State Bar.

I also act as a Judge Pro Tem for Shasta County Superior Court, am a past Chairman of the Family Law Committee of the Shasta-​Trinity Counties Bar Association, a guest lecturer for Legal Services of Northern California, and a past Board Member of KIDS’ Turn.
