I called Mike with a technical computer issue and he showed up within 15 mins of my call and fixed my whole computer system within 2 hours!!! His service was PROMPT, efficient with time, he was very professional, and informative throughout the service. He is exceptionally educated in Computer’s. I made a Unilocal account just so I could give him a review. I found this guy on here because he seemed to have a pretty loyal fanbase. I went in to get a computer fixed but it was toast, but I left with a lot of information. He sat and talked with me and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t have expected him to charge me for talking, but still he didn’t even imply nor was he pushy to get me out the door even after we already talked about how there wasn’t really anything he could do except get all my information off the computer. Now I know how to take my hard drive out and get information off of it myself. Super friendly and I’ll be going back if I need anything else

We were having a problem with our AT&T DSL service and Michael came out and ran a new jack for us and solved the whole problem in 15 minutes-​at a very reasonable price. AT&T wanted to charge me a bunch of money for this. Thank you Michael! His professionalism is second to none.

We’ve used Michael for our home and business systems and computer repairs and set up. I’ve called him to ask «if this computer is a good deal» while shopping at Costco or best Buy. He has talked geek talk to our cable provider and made things happen when I would have been stuck in call waiting hell. He networked our computers. He has remoted in to fix something while he was out of town and we needed it fixed now. He ‘s honest with us and we trust him.
