Razzlicious! Frozen Yogurt

About 10 different flavour options, one that is non diary. Price is by cup size not by weight. Lots of toppings available. Seating options inside and outside.
Only down fall for me was I only wanted a little but had to pay at least $ 4.25 because that’s how much the smallest cup costs. I’m from Los Angeles so I am used to Yogurtland where you pay by the ounce.
Regardless still a good option if you want some frozen yogurt with many topping options!

It was dirty and the toppings looked like they had been out all day. With all of the other frozen yogurt places in Redding, we won’t be back.

Razzlicous is the best frozen yogurt shop by far, and the employees are always helpful and sweet. The environment is well cleaned and fun for children ! I love Razzlious

There were only 6 – 8 actual yogurt flavors but a million different toping options .
I rather have more flavors vs less toppings. It’s a personal preference .
I honestly didn’t like any of the flavors and stuck with the one I could at least stand, which was vanilla. The flavors felt like they were all missing key ingredients, something just didn’t taste rite. They all just said lo fat, there were no sugar free options .
It felt overall kind of dirty and the employees seemed lazy. Nothing was very clean or placed properly .
I found it very tacky they had a garbage bin on top of a table for you to walk over and pour your sprinkles over the garbage bin … Is it really that hard to sweep ?
Glad I’m not from around this area, would never recommend.

Great frozen yogurt that you pay a flat price per cup for. Good selections of toppings too. They rotate the flavors often. They had a great pumpkin spice this time!

Wow, I haven’t to this place in a while. What happened!!! Tonight, this place was a dump! It was dirty, a machine was broken, the condiments were low or empty and to top it off, the worker, though friendly, didn’t look like she wants to be there. As soon as I paid, she went to the back and disappeared for a few minutes. We sat in our car to eat our yogurt when we watched her come out of the back room and began eating yogurt.
I remember when this place was nice. There was a girl that used to work here that was super friendly and hard worker (always cleaning and refilling the items).
This is probably our last time to come back here. Disappointment!

The frozen yogurt is good. They have a good selection to choose from for toppings I do occasionally notice the counter is dirty and there is piles of yogurt that need to be cleaned up and things are not restocked. One thing I see a lot is the employees on their phones I understand they are not busy all the time but they could be using that time to clean and restock. Phones should only be used on breaks and or lunches

Stopped in for a quick snack. Employee was friendly… Place was clean. I wish I was told that prices were a flat fee… I am use to yogurt places that weigh. I would have gotten a smaller cup or packed it more if I would have known.
The cake batter yogurt was good. I tasted the euro tart, which was almost too tart. I would stop in again next time I’m here!

I will try and keep this short and sweet. Flavors sound good but don’t taste it, toppings look like they’ve been laying out since yesterday, and the décor and atmosphere could use a big face lift. If you’re in need of a major frozen yogurt fix, check out Spoon Me! Delicious.

Halfway decent selection of yogurt. The floors were sticky and dirty. The reason I wrote this review was because of the customer service. I thought it was pretty ridiculous that I went in there and gave them almost 20 bucks for 3 little ice creams and I was the one to say thank you. I didn’t even get a «have a nice day» Nothing. I won’t be giving my money to people that don’t appreciate my business anymore.

The young teen that worked the register was rude and seemed quite irritated that our group of 8 showed up. When my son spilled his cup she just looked and rolled her eyes then started texting on her phone. Thanks for the help, we cleaned it up no problem. The frozen yogurt was good but rude service and employees ruined the business. Try getting employees that take ownership in their job and have a since of professionalism.

This place should be renamed to Toppings“R“Us, because the frozen yogurt is just terrible. Cake batter, blueberry, and Eurotart were all icy, artificial-​tasting, and saccharine. This often happens with blueberry, but shouldn’t with a basic tart flavor.
Toppings include a mini bar of canned fruit, fresh fruit, and mochi. The fruit looked unappealing, so I opted for the mochi only. Another mistake. Slightly stale and overly sweet.
Next to the mini bar is a shelf of bulk bins. Here, you can find American candies like gummi worms and peanut butter cups. This is where the traffic happens. I dislike traffic, so I skipped over it, figuring the price would be charged by weight.
Not so. Razzlicious features a flat charge rate for each size cup. Hint: Load up on your toppings!
I liked that they offered several sizes, including one that was smaller than a Yogurtland standard, but it would have been nice for the lone cashier/​employee to point out that toppings were a flat rate. Instead, all I got was: «Ready? That’s $ 3.50.»
I wanted to throw away my half-​eaten yogurt, but found myself with limited options.

The yogurt is good. There are eight (or maybe more) interesting flavors to choose from. You get as many of a wide variety of toppings you can cram in a cup of various sizes for a flat rate. That is good.
Probably three of the eight flavors were unavailable. I don’t know what causes flavors to run-​out, so it may be a really good reason but I’m guessing it’s not because of a rush of people wanting key lime pie flavored yogurt in an afternoon?
The girl behind the counters service was awful. She was on her phone the whole time we were there and acted inconvenienced to have to charge us money for the product. She had a couple of friends coming and going the whole time who were there to giggle and and act cool — not customers for sure. Not to say you can’t have friends stop by at a place like that, but just hanging around is probably not a great idea. That is bad.
So my suggestion; train the employee better. Get her off the phone, have her go refill the berry blast or the key lime flavors or whatever has been out for three hours, tell her friends to go hang out somewhere else, and for god sakes clean the garbage can out front. It’s gross.

Inexpensive and flat rate charge. Got the caramel popcorn, cake batter and caramel turtle yogurt with Heath, kit Kat and Reese’s topping. In and out in 6 minutes. Amazing froyo with below average customer service. The only interaction we got was; 9.99 and thank you while she got back on her phone til the next customer came by. I’m not a needy customer especially at a self serve but do you really gotta be on the phone the whole time?
Froyo above all else though was great.

Ok. If your looking for a nice place to just get some good yogurt with toppings– Its great. But I was hoping the prices would be a little cheaper so it can become a regular place (1 – 2 times a week) for myself, daughter and friend and her two kids. It is too pricey to do that on a regular basis. We like the pay by weight because kids really don’t eat that much. We would go to you top it and the price would be like 4 bucks for my daughter and I. Made it affordable under $ 5 bucks. But $ 7 every time we go is too much!
But as far as flavors and toppings and atmosphere it is a nice place to go.

Went here when they first opened. Yogurt was reasonably priced, yet, the quality was lacking. It was grainy and overly sweet… and generally not super great. I ate it, but couldn’t help but think that I should have gone elsewhere.

It hit the spot. We were looking for a desert place and found a frozen yogurt place on Unilocal.Luckily, they were still open as others in the area closed at 9, while this place was open til 10. They charge by the size of the container as opposed to weight. Which can be a little dangerous because you can get more candy and yogurt in the cup then we are used to. However, they had all of the great candy toppings that you could want including some hot toppings. There are about 8 types of yogurt to choose from and all were good. There were at least 4 different container sizes. I would definitely go back.

It’s not as good as Spoon Me. I do like the flat rate prices. However, when I was there the older guy at the counter watched every move I made & watched every single thing I put in my cup. If you’re going to have flat rate prices then don’t gawk at people making them feel bad about what they put in their cups. Otherwise good service; kinda messy and not good for groups unless you want to sit outside.

I’m also going to jump on board the 5-​star bandwagon because trying the frozen yogurt here was one of the main highlights of my weekend. Having sampled a good majority of what was offered (Dutch Chocolate, Very Strawberry, Alpine Vanilla, and Pomegranate Raspberry Sorbet) I can say that the flavors and quality are among the best you can find anywhere. I didn’t, however, find exotic fruits like lychee among the toppings but hey… this is Redding right? Finally, as other reviewers mentioned, the place is clean and the staff is wonderful! I highly recommend coming here for your frozen yogurt needs!
