This has got to be one of the worst places to purchase a vehicle. Have a friend that his parent struggles with dementia and other issues but has access to a retirement account so money is not really the issue. The vehicles keep getting taken away and Yanello’s sales staff keeps selling this person more vehicles, four to be exact. Totally taking advantage of this persons illness. So if they will do this to them imagine what they will do when selling you a vehicle. Look elsewhere for that used vehicle, lots of other places in town that have ethics

Even though I didn’t wind up buying from Yanello’s, I am still moved to write a review about my experience while shopping for a car. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and the kind way Anthony approached me. I immediately felt comfortable and would have had no problem buying from him if he would have had the right car. Nice mix of cars/​trucks, but I was looking for something specific. Also appreciated that he knew the history and mechanical status of each used vehicle. Next time I am in the market, you can be assured I’ll be checking with him first.

Bought a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora from them in December after getting into a really bad accident. Had really good faith in them and what I was buying. The car was dying a month after I purchased it, I called them after taking it to Lithias service center to diagnostics and they suggested I take it to their mechanic, I did, 3 times and the problem was still there. I spoke to Anthony again and he told me to drop if off and that he would cover the cost of the repairs so he took it to another shop, they had it 5 weeks and then it had to go back again. I thought the car was running good then started acting up after a couple days, when I spoke to Anthony he told me I should «sell that car» and then it completely stopped working again… it now sits as a driveway decoration. I thought for $ 5,300 I would be getting a car to drive for 2 months, I have purchased cars for this price before with no problems but boy was I wrong. I couldn’t afford to get diagnostics done this last time it broke down so it just sits because I don’t want to sell someone a broken car. I contacted Kim and Anthony asking for a refund of my purchase price and was told I could use it as a «trade in» only… don’t know why they would ever think i’d trade it in to them and drive away in another potential problem car. A car breaking down 6 times in 4 months is not a good reliable car that I was told it would be, especially when I was pushing it down my driveway…

As Christmas approached, my wife and decided to purchase our 16 year old son a vehicle. After failed attempt in the new car market in Redding, we decided to look at used cars for him. Yannello’s was one of the lots we stopped at. I explained to the owner my situation in wanting a dependable car with low miles and great safety ratings. Through many discussions and fact finding the Yanello’s owner pointed us in the right direction. He sold us a very clean, fully loaded, with low miles Jaguar far under the cars retail value. Now, let me say that this past year I’ve purchased a Ford 350 King Ranch from Corning Ford and a Porsche Boxster from Neillo Porsche (Rocklin). I buy new vehicles every year and can honestly say Yanello’s has treated us better than any dealer we’ve come across. They went out of their way to detail the car, order new key fobs, oil change, the works. Just 1^st class Red Carpet treatment all the way. If you are looking for someone to help you find an automobile who is honest and fair, I highly recommend you call Yannello’s.
