Contacted them from a referral of a neighbor… called, Susie asked for dimensions of windows which I gave here… she called back within an hour with a quote which I thought was high. Told me they could measure at my condo, produce, and install within a two week period since I was only in town for that long. Within that day, Richard was here to measure, gave me the same quote, took my deposit. Within 10 days they came, installed the shutters, and instructed me how to open-​close etc.
Susie, Richie (who explained their process and sent a person to measure the same day) and Richard who not only measured but then installed them (within 2 ½ hours) were all very professional, courteous, and helpful.
I am very happy with the quality of the shutters and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend them!
