Love having trader joes in Redlands! I don’t even know where the«next closest» trader joes is located! The staff is great particularly Lauren and Cristina. Only complaint is how busy trader joes gets at certain times– but that is really a good thing!

Love TJs! Been to other locations but this one is still my favorite. There’s always neat fun things to buy here and it’s usually good. Fresh produce and everyone is always so friendly. The prices aren’t bad either depending what you pick up.

Love coming to Redlands TraderJoes to shop! I just wish they wouldn’t run out of the maple leaf cookies so quickly among other things, however when they have fully stock items makes the trip 10x’s worth it.

Music is way, way tooooo loud. Teamwork is great, but the fraternizing is really cliqueish and annoying. Generally out of my dog treats. My 3 dogs always get sick on their chicken brand dry dog food. Somethings wrong with it. Lamb dry food is fine. They need better customer service. Management guys behind the counter need to get their butts on the floor. Looks bad and shows elitism when they’re just sitting there on the perch watching.

I love this store. I always end up buying whatever they are handing out for samples because it’s healthy and easy to make. I don’t think the price is as outrageous as other health stores around the area. I wish the store layout was better. Maybe it’s just small. They generally have whatever I need & even when the line is long, which is almost always, it goes pretty quickly.

It’s a bit expensive, but that’s what’s expected for specialty items. Trader Joe’s is not your typical grocery store for your weekly shopping. It’s really just for those specific items you want that you can’t get anywhere else. I went here on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. The cashiers were pretty efficient, though, in getting through the line. My cashier was friendly and made conversation.

Nice Trader Joes. Located in a great area, excellent customer service, tons of items to choose from, clean, great prices and plenty of parking. Word of advice, there are many businesses in this lot, so get there early.

Trader joes has got to be my favorite grocery store and I’m so jealous that Redlands has their own. Although trader joes employees in general have a reputation for being personable and helpful, I feel as though the Redlands store in particular tries to give it their all. I come out here once a week to do my grocery shopping needs and most of the time they are fully stocked and the items I need are available. The only suggestion I would offer: when a customer comes to return an item that has clearly gone bad before the expiration date, please apologize at least. But this is the case at every trader joes not just Redlands. All in all I highly recommend shopping at this location :)

What Trader Joe’s lacks in variety, they make up for in quality. I never used to go to Trader Joe’s. I don’t understand the layout of the store and it’s so small that they don’t have a large selection. Some stuff, they don’t have at all. But you know that you’re going to get healthy food at a reasonable price. But Tippe keeps me coming here and I’ve come to like a lot of their products. But I still think that you have to supplement the staples that you get here with another grocery store because Trader Joe’s doesn’t have everything that you need. I really like the service that you get at Trader Joe’s. If you ask for something, the employee usually drops what they are doing and helps you until you are satisfied. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products in the store. If you ask for something and they don’t have it, they will offer you an alternative that is usually a healthier option anyway. For example, when I asked for wheat bran to make bran muffins, they don’t have wheat bran. But they have oat bran and that’s a healthier alternative anyway. Tippe made the bran muffins with the oat bran and they came out awesome. Then, when you check out, you get personalized check out and bagging.

Sort of disappointed by this location. It was really REALLY busy for a Monday night. There was at least 30 employees in the store stocking items(I counted 7 in the produce section alone) and there wasn’t one person on the floor I could say was friendly. Thankfully the lady at the checkout was friendly and we had a nice conversation :) I don’t feel it’s laid out as well as the other locations it’s a big confusing to navigate through the store. At the end of the day though, it’s still a TJ’s and the quality of food is great for the price. That is consistent through all locations and it’s a big plus.

We love this Trader Joes! The service is excellent and they go above and beyond all the time. Our favorite associate there is Erma! She’s amazing every time we go shopping and even asked my husband where I was today… He had asked for help finding chicken soup but they were out. She asked if I was ok and if I was sick. That’s so sweet to know me out of all their customers and ask how I’m doing. It made me smile when I’m so ill and really went a long way. It’s amazing Traders is such a small store and always several checkers working! Especially how bad Von’s is next door!!! They only have 1 – 2 people working at check out and not even self check out like Fresh & Easy. Keep it up Trader Joes, you’re doing great work! Whoever’s bright idea it was to put this Trader Joes in a Von’s parking lot along with other large businesses and a ridiculously small parking lot, was an idiot. There are a plethora of available space in Redlands or Highland for a great market to go in! The only thing that drives us crazy is sometimes we like to grill burgers and zit his store always runs out of the mini buns with sesame seeds!!! It’s so annoying and I’ve addressed this a couple times with the managers but they still don’t stock properly. They only explain that someone buys all their buns up. Perhaps they can offer to make a special offer for this person or business and leave a pack or two for regular customers! I wish there was a closer TJ in Highland off Greenspot. There’s a beautiful big plot down the hill from us there across from Lowe’s so I’m hoping they build a new closer location.

Just your average Trader Joe’s but the parking lot here is terrible just like everywhere else in this particular shopping center. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and everything is organized well and they always have the best choices in flowers! I am a regular here and I will continue to shop here even though they discontinued the Southwest Chicken Quesadillas!(:

Whenever I visit the mainland I get off the plane and head to buy groceries at the nearest Trader Joes. In the next year or two I will be moving within 20 miles of here and if I could I would put one in Beaumont so I didn’t have to drive to Redlands, however this location is awesome! Yeah the parking sucks a little because it’s a busy parking lot, but I live in Honolulu so there is no reason to complain. This is my favorite TJ’s that I’ve ever been to. The employees here make this place. They take pride in their store and treat you not as a customer, but as a friend. The store is always fresh, in stock, and never leaves you wanting more. This is also less busy than any other store I’ve ever been to. I’m not saying it’s not busy, but it’s not hell and a hand basket like some of the other locations. I truly enjoy shopping at this location.

This Trader Joe’s is the closest one in the area. The next closest one is in Riverside I believe. That being said, there’s alot of pressure on this TJ’s to service a vast area and population. And they do a great job of it! The store is always clean, fully stocked and has all the Trader Joe’s products you can ask for. The only thing is that it can get really crowded, especially since they share a parking lot with another grocery store and several other shops. I often have to park farther than I originally intended to whenever I shop at TJ’s. And the store can get crowded as well, with shoppers and their shopping carts getting into a log jam. But other than that, I am very satisfied with this local TJ’s. I don’t know where I would be without it.

The prices are great! Their frozen foods taste like real food unlike most from other grocery stores. I love the«used-tobe» two buck chuck– the price has increased since but it’s still the cheapest, decent tasting wine out there.

One of my kids can’t have artificial dyes, petroleum based preservatives, or artificial flavors in his food. Guess what? Trader Joe’s doesn’t sell foods with that crud in it. They even have a sign that brags about that. I keep reading the ingredient labels anyhow, and so far it looks like they’re serious about it. This location is(maybe?) a bit smaller than others I’ve been into, but you’ll still get that famous TJ service and find most of what you’re looking for. The parking lot can be sort of a wreck, though, since it’s shared with VONS and a Lebanese restaurant and I think Office Depot or Staples… Anyhow, it’s a busy lot. Don’t forget to bring your reusable bags. I feel like they should give you a small credit(10¢ or something) for using them, but whatever. You can still feel good about saving the trees.

Seems like your typical Trader Joes. Great products that only stay on the shelf if they’re awesome. Because of limited space, I tend to see only the great stuff getting replenish. That’s why the Joe Joes, like Oreos without transfat, are a must buy. Also a great place to grab a healthy wrap or sandwich for only $ 4. Try the different salads, tasty combos you’d never think of putting together.

I can legitimately say that I hate this Trader Joe’s location! Don’t get me wrong… Trader Joe’s is my preferred grocer but this particular location is my least favorite for several reasons. Those reasons are: 1) Almost every cashier I have encountered has been rude or just in general… unfriendly and seems to hate being there. 2) The store is set up oddly. The groceries and various departments are placed in the store almost backwards from what I am used to. 3) The people that seem to go to this location annoy the hell out of me!!! It seems like everyone that goes to this store all think it’s ok to leave their basket unattended, but, also carefully placing it in the aisle so as to block basket traffic or generally get in people’s way. They see you trying to maneuver around their basket, but, they still don’t care to move it! This will happen on average, one time in each aisle or section. It drives me nuts! I think the biggest thing that turns me off of this location is the cashiers. Even though its further from me, I’d rather drive to Riverside or Rancho Cucamonga just to avoid dealing with cashier’s attitudes.
