Ellipsis Academy provides math enrichment for elementary and middle school students through programs that foster excellence in fundamental math skills, problem solving, and critical thinking in a fun and enjoyable way.

History

Established in 2013.

Mathematics and working with children have been Elly’s, the founder’s, passion. She has worked with elementary children since 2006 as active volunteers in classrooms and outside classrooms. Ellipsis Math programs has evolved to be very highly regarded after-​school programs enjoyed by students in a number of schools.

Currently, programs are offered at the Old Redmond School House as well as at local elementary schools serving grade 3 through 7.

Meet the Business Owner

Elly S.

Business Owner

Left her marketing job 19 years ago, Elly found her passion working with children. She is the founder of Math in Action which started as a simple after-​school program and now grew to serve a number of elementary schools in Redmond, Washington. She is now still an active volunteers producing Math Challenge program that is enjoyed by more than a thousand students from 10 schools. She embarked with Ellipsis Academy in 2013 to reach more students and share her class-​based after-​school programs.
