I love this store! Lots of great variety and very reasonably priced. I particularly like the combos of small bottles of oil and vinegar that are usually for sale. I’ve purchased a couple combos and am always happily surprised at how often I use them and the great additions to my kitchen. I love experimenting with them. The owner is also very kind and helpful. I never feel pressured to buy or be up-​sold when I’m just looking or have a small purchase. I also like the recipe ideas he had in the store.

See them at lots of events out in public. I always am happily greeted and I love their products!

Love the store and love trying all the different flavors and combinations. Not only are the olive oils wonderful, but Kevin has a nice assortment of flavored vinegars. Do yourself a favor and make a visit to this delightful shop.

I like to shop local and noticed that we had our very own olive oil store in Redmond. Kevin has been very helpful and informative. I got to try different oils and he explained the differences and guided me based on my needs for cooking. I’ll make this my regular store for fresh, tasty olive oils and vinegars!

I live in Seattle but make the trip to Paradiso every several months to stock up on the wonderful infused oils and vinegars. I look forward to this trip every time. They have a huge selection and you can sample everything. Tasting interesting combinations is fun. We don’t buy salad dressing anymore. We just mix and match the oils/​vinegars I buy from Paradisp.

Kevin is great and the shop is fun. We’ve visited on several occasion and will be returning.

Kevin is a great shopkeeper; he’s always attentive and full of information. I bring all of my out of town guests here to have a little fun trying new things. This a great addition to include in your Eastside wine tasting adventures, stop here on your way to Woodinville! Parking is a little crazy since the Indian restaurant is super popular and fills up the lot, but it’s definitely worth finding a spot and checking this place out!

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought the products as hostess gifts also.

This is not a great place to shop for oil or vinegar. The owner is not friendly and have seen him put written warnings on cars that park near his shop and talking rudely to one of the people who parked in front of his store. When I visited last month there was no one in the store. I walked in and after a short while I walked out which was really strange and thought they might have forgotten to lock their door. The last bottle of vinegar I bought was during the holidays and was hoping to get a new and was disappointed there was no one to help me. I probably won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this shop. I understand why this store isn’t busy with no one in the store to wait on customers!

It was about a month ago on our way to Kringles, my daughter and i were only going to pop our heads in for a minute to check this place out. All these years and this is our first time in this shop. I was surprised with the wide selection of oils and vinegars. The owner was very nice and helpful. He encouraged us to sample everything and to mix various oil and vinegar combinations in the sampling cups. There are tester bottles for each item and sampling cups next to each. Our favorite oils were cilantro and onion, lemon, and blood orange. I was gonna forego the balsamic vinegar section, but my daughter had already wandered over and said I had to try them. I’m so glad I did. White ripe peach, mango, cranberry pear, tangerine, were really good but the coconut, and especially the dark chocolate balsamic vinegar were exceptional. If i had to buy only one I would choose that. I could only imagine how ridiculously good some vinegar and oil combos would be. This is a store where you should take your time in and set aside at least half hour if you are new because it could be overwhelming. I’ll be sure to visit again and create dressings, marinades, glazes, and dessert toppings.

We are big gourmet fans, so when I saw this shop next to my yoga studio, we planned that once our olive oil stocks are low, we can replenish here.
Then one day, after my yoga class, I got into my car, which was parked outside his shop as it is a strip mall with no reserved parking, to see the owner glaring at me, and pointing rudely to the sign that he has posted in his shop window. The sign basically asks you not to park in front of his shop if you’re not gonna shop there. So even though he has not (or cannot) reserved parking slots for his shop, he is acting like the few spots outside his shop are exclusive, even when the rest of parking lot is running almost full.
Not cool. Customer service starts even before you walk into a store, and I’m not ever walking in.

I went in to find a nice gift for someone and left with 8 bottles for myself! Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. A great find in Redmond.

This was a totally fun place to experience my first ever olive oil and balsamic tasting! The owner is very knowledgeable and personable. I asked a ton of questions and he didn’t miss a beat! My favorite on this visit was the traditional balsamic. I like it with a really good extra virgin olive oil on lightly toasted sourdough. Yum!

Go here now! Seriously this place is awesome. Paradiso was recommended by a friend and I’m really glad I went in. Kevin was great, he’s really friendly and you can tell this store is his passion. They have a huge selection of oils and vinegars and you get to sample anything you want before you buy and to top it off the prices are not much more than what you would pay at the grocery store. You can get a small bottle for around $ 13 and it goes up to around $ 25 for the largest bottle I think. I will definitely be returning!

Kevin, the owner, really took care of us! He educated us on the differences between the wide selection of olive oils and vinegars, however he wasn’t snooty at all. Quite the opposite, actually! A welcome change from my experiences with many of these niche foodie shops. Paradiso has absolutely delicious oils and vinegars at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back!

We just happened to be in the area and saw signage for an olive oil and vinegar specialty shop so we dropped in to see what they had to offer. There was an amazing variety of olive oils, infused oils, fused oils, as well as an impressive array of balsamic and white balsamic vinegars with interesting and delicious flavors. Kevin owns the shop, which has just opened, and is very friendly and knowledgeable.
We came away with two vinegars, a killer olive oil and a great deal on truffle salt. They have the classics but have also moved into bold flavors for vinegars including coconut, ripe peach, dark chocolate, lavender, and raspberry, etc. Our favorite oil was the forest mushroom/​sage but there were tons of great flavors like blood orange (a fusion, which Kevin will happily explain) and black walnut. The whole business is a tasting bar and offers a great layout. Enjoy!
