Yeah I used to work here for a couple of years… everybody here was most always chill and laid back… especially the owner! Food is delicious and we make it super fresh… I’ve had everything on the menu plus some things I created a million times over and never got tired of them! Plain simple ingredients to make delicious pretzels! Too bad this location is closed down =[

Overall: Fresh and delicious chewy pretzels What a find. We saw Wetzel’s Pretzels many times in Redmond town center, but have never dared to try. However, yesterday we really wanted something sweetish but doughy at the same time — voila Wetzel’s Pretzels. It’s a strange looking establishment and mainly sells, yes you guessed it — Pretzels. These pretzels bring me back to my trip to Austria many years ago, although not exactly the same, it’s nice to reminisce. The pretzels are big, chewy, made from natural ingredients, hand rolled and baked fresh. Any pretzel which has been standing for over 30 minutes from the oven are tossed out, this is to ensure freshness. Each pretzel is $ 2.69 each. We opted for the sinful cinnamon and the almond crunch and they were coated to order. Other flavors include sour cream & onion, glazed cin-a-yum, cheese meltdown, grateful garlic, jalapeño cheese melt, pepperoni twist, Wetzel dog and a cheese dog. They also have freshly made lemonade amongst other things. The packaging looks rather retro and it seemed like we’d walked back in time. The service was quick and friendly. NB — beware the paper bags are open along two sides, so be careful otherwise you might lose your pretzel.

This is a pretty good place if you’re looking for something quick that is if you’re looking for something and they happen to have it in their warmer. They do get drink orders mixed up time to time(Like the last 3 out of 4 times I have been there.) And their«fresh» lemonade ends up looking like it came fresh out of a port-a-potty sometimes. Other then that, they have good things to eat if you’re into pretzels or hotdogs wrapped in pretzel dough.

These pretzels are definitely different. With a much broader list of choices than a regular old salty pretzel or a plain one, there’s something here for everyone who’s not carb-phobic. They have pretzel dogs, which makes them my friends, but I have to admit, I’m not sure they’re as good as the ones at Auntie Annie’s. For regular pretzels, they have oversize cinnamon sugar, cinnamon raisin, cheese, pepperoni, and lots of other sweet and savory flavors. Prices are good to average. They offer fountain soda, bottled soda, and bottled water at reasonable prices. Service is fast and friendly. Unlike Auntie Annie’s, they seem to understand WHEN their rushes are going to happen and they are well-prepared for them. That gives them an extra star.
