The frozen yogurt here is OK, but not great enough for me to crave it even on the warmest of days. Maybe the staff don’t help, because when I visit, I always feel like they are watching every time I take a sample at the machines, which is not comforting! I would visit if I’m with a friend who wanted to go there, but it’s not my first pick for frozen yogurt in the area.

What a relief to enjoy a luscious smoothie that’s actually GOOD for you(and you don’t even notice that you’re not eating bad stuff). What a bummer to have their service be SO slow(ergo the missing star). My son paid for his yogurt and was almost done eating by the time I got my(super awesome) Peanut Butter smoothie — and we were the ONLY customers. Come on, guys… speed it up. You deserve 5 stars. This place is awesome!

I like that this place also serves smoothies and considering the price of smoothies at jujubeet, they are a deal(but not organic and super healthy). However, they don’t have a lot of frozen yogurt flavors and the yogurt itself seems a little bland. Definitely not as tasty as Yogurtland or Menchie’s. I can see coming back for a smoothie though.

Very very disappointed with customer services. I was with my son and my friends when we went to the store. I asked my son(he’s a 4 year old) if he wanted to use the bathroom before we ordered, and he said no(the store doesn’t have a bathroom for customers). Then we ordered our yogurt. After my friend finished ordering, she told me the cashier told her that I should take my son to go bathroom because they don’t want my son to have an accident in store. I was very very upset with the rude cashier, so I decided to talk to the manager. The cashier told me she was the manager. I’ve never heard any manager talking to their customers in this way. The manager was not welcoming, and never said«thank you» or smiled to customers. I will never come back to this location store again.

I love a froyo place that prices by weight rather than a set amount. I thought all Red Mango’s were served behind the counter but this particular store lets you pick as much or as little of everything you want! This Red Mango is in a fantastic location in Redmond Town Center for a mid-day break between errands or a dessert spot after lunch/dinner. The couple times I’ve gone in, I have not disappointed in terms of cleanliness and consistency. The flavors are varied and the toppings are fresh– you can tell they make an effort to keep everything organized and spotless. Highly recommend!

I stopped by for a smoothie and wanted to check out their selection. Ended up getting the SPK smoothie which has spinach, kale, and pineapple. As I waited for my smoothie, I looked around the place and noticed it was very clean and tidy. The toppings station was well organized and you didn’t see toppings spread all over the place. They also sell several homemade soups, which I will need to come back to try. As for the smoothie, it ended up being quite tasty and filling.

I came in with an individual with special needs who did not know how the process works. I did not know how it worked either. I did not see any prices anywhere. Apparently they weigh your ice cream and charge an arm and a leg for it. He ended up ringing up a cup for $ 7! He didn’t have the money and the cashier was very rude to him about it. I paid for it and allowed him to get a new ice cream because he did not understand what happened. The woman was so incredibly rude. I understand that she needed to make up for cost and everything but she could have been more understanding of his situation.

Have tried almost all the flavours and have never been disappointed. Taste and consistency both are good. And a variety of toppings.

This Red Mango is nice and clean. The girl who works there is nice and very sweet. People think all Red Mangos are not self serve, even I thought that, but I was wrong, this one is self serve. I had my dog waiting outside and I got him original flavor froyo and my dog absolutely loved it. I even got extra to take home for him too. This is definitely a place to go to get froyo if you are in the area especially if you just went to the Marymoor dog park. Oh and did i mention they only use all natural ingredients? Gotta love that!!!

I love to eat fro-yo! It’s a lot more healthier than eating ice cream. I can eat fro-yo & frozen treats anytime. I was nearby and decided to get some frozen yogurt. This place is really clean & organized! This location is self-serve! They charge by the weight of your cup. There were several flavors and I can never decide on just one, so I ended up getting several different flavors-hazelnut, piña colada, and chocolate! They also have other flavors-vanilla bean, blackberry, original tart, white peach & pomegranate. Their toppings were fresh-I usually like to get fresh strawberries, mochi, and popping boba in my fro-yo! They also offer iced coffees, teas, and smoothies. The employee was really nice and helpful! I would definitely come back again!

Came in December to use my Living Social and was pleasantly surprised how fresh the fruits were. The old Asian lady was very welcoming and nice. We liked it here and will come back!

Red Mango in Redmond. It’s September and still hot in the Pacific Northwest, so I came here looking for a tasty snack to help me cool down. Instead of going straight to the dispensing machines and filling up my own cup, I glanced at the store menu and ordered a regular strawberry banana smoothie. As the girl behind the counter went to the back to make a drink, I took a look around the store. The place is clean, and they have a bunch of signs bragging about their products’ nutrition. Of the yogurt machines, there were only four, which I found a little unusual for a place that specializes in yogurt. Each machine had two flavors, giving eight flavors total at least during my visit: vanilla bean, slam dunk, white chocolate, milk chocolate, mango, original, blackberry, and white peach. Of course, I didn’t get to try any of them, so I’m not reviewing them. But only eight flavors is a little unusual. I liked my smoothie, although it was nothing special. It fulfilled its purpose of cooling me down though, so I’m happy with that. Speaking of which, their menu seems to have several varieties of iced coffee, iced latte, frozen latte, and iced tea. I guess that makes Red Mango a possible alternative to the Starbucks across the street in Redmond Town Center on a hot summer day.

This red mango location surprised me with its self serve station. usually i am annoyed that they are the ones who control how much toppings goes on my frozen yogurt, but here you can put as much as you want of whatever you want. and there flavors were super tasty, they had a delicious peach one and an equally yummy coconut one

I have ate a lot of frozen yogurt over the years, and have tried many different chains. this is my favorite by far. I usually get the original with strawberries, or coconut with stawberries. delicicious. it is very tangy without being overly sweet. this location the yogurt is colder yogurt then i like, almost frozen but still delicous. as a bonus, they do not use artificial flavors and have probiotics in the yogurt. i always stop when i am in redmond.

During my recent visit, I found out they charged by the weight at this location! My kids piled up with fresh fruit, and they were all FRESH! This is far better deal than the fixed price for yogurt cup size plus each fruit, candy, etc. Went back twice already. One more bonus, this place is clean compares to other yogurt place.

Oooohh, this is a great Red Mango! You can eat inside and they have a wider variety than most. The staff was quick and helpful. The Best tasting yogurt and as an extra bonus, you can have a large and still have plenty of calories left over. LOVEIT!

This is my favorite Red Mango location, all because of Dino(tall, slender, dark curly hair, always smiling). If you’re going to get overpriced(admittedly fabulously fresh and nourishing) fruit and yogurt served to you by a teenager, why not get service from a crisply polite, helpful and attentive person who knows the menu and knows how to work the register. He accommodates special requests without complaint. I’ve tried the Bellevue location, but I grew weary of watching the kids who work there practice mild forms of sexual harassment with one another instead of paying attention to the customers. While one might complain that there is not enough seating for busy periods, there are plenty of charming places to lounge around outside in the rest of Redmond Town Center. As a bonus, this location is just a couple of doors down from Uncle’s Games, so if you’re enjoying a free Friday gaming night, this is a great alternative to Starbucks for a treat.

I liked this Red Mango because it seemed like we got lot bigger oreo cookies than the Bellevue location! That’s not the only reason — being a low key location it wasn’t s busy as the usual Bellevue Square Mall one we went to, and the lady who helped us was pleasant too.

3.5 Stars On a shopping adventure with my daughter, she lured me into Red Mango. She loves Red Mango and I had never been. I was impressed with the nice fresh fruit toppings of kiwi, fresh strawberries and other wonderful fruit. I had a mixed berry smothie which was wonderful, just not over the top and my daughter had a small scoop with toppings. The service was quick and friendly and we were served quickly. It was clean and inviting. Would I come back? yes, probably.

I have been avoiding this place for years. But finally broke down and tried it a couple weeks ago. Redmond Town Center is full of sweets. Cupcakes. Coldstone. See’s Candy and Red Mango. After seeing all of those places at once, I knew I needed something sweet. So I decided to try Red Mango because A) it’s healthier) and 2) I am on a huge frozen yogurt kick right now. I have been avoiding it because when it comes to Frozen Yogurt, I prefer sweet flavors, like chocolate or peanut butter. I am definitely not a fan of tart and I am super picky about fruit flavors, so I usually avoid those as well. And, that is what Red Mango is in the business of. But recently when walking by I noticed they have a dark chocolate Ghiradelli flavor. Dark Chocolate? Yes please! Ghiradelli? Always! Frozen yogurt? D’oh! I have had the Dark Chocolate 2 times now in the last month, and I LOVE it. I hope it’s a flavor they keep around for a long time. Or forever would work even better. My boyfriend who isn’t a fan of dark chocolate loved it too. And his brother, who got vanilla, tried some of the chocolate and tried getting us to switch him. Yah, right! Red Mango is 100% Natural, non-fat with no artificial sweeteners. You can totally taste it too. It has a fresh flavor, which is completely different than other frozen yogurts. I really liked it! I think I still prefer the artificial flavored frozen yogurts, but when I am at the Redmond Town Center I will definitely stop off at Red Mango for some more Dark Chocolate Fro-Yo!
