Cezar and his staff have helped me several times over the years to find the best mortgages and now insurance as well. Any time I’ve ever had a question, I get an answer back in a timely fashion. Cezar has personally followed up with me on logistics that have pleasantly surprised me that he takes that much time with clients. Spoke to Cezar about getting a refinance estimate yesterday. He told me he would email it to me by end of the day or the next morning. It’s now close to the end of the business day. I left a message and didn’t hear a response and haven’t received any emails.

So he called me at 6:30 and said that he had researched and couldn’t do my refinance for me. Not sure why he couldn’t give me any update that it was going to be later than promised but whatever.

A few years ago, in the midst of the worst of economic times, I was looking to do a cash out refinance on a commercial loan. Being new to the loan and refinance world and weary of all I had been hearing of predatory lending practices, I wanted to work with someone who would have my best interest at heart. I thought of Cezar whom I had met at a Chamber of Commerce mixer and gotten on his e-​mail list. His emails were warm, informative and genuine so I felt I’d be in good hands with Cezar.
I met with Cezar and he listened to what my situation was and he offered me advice and listed out all my various options (even some I had no idea existed or could be available to me). He didn’t push anything upon me just provided me with my choices and he let me choose what I was most comfortable with. Once I had made my decision he went to work and it was kind of cool seeing him in action.
Cezar and his office staff really kept on top of things. I’m a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to fiscal matters because I don’t enjoy paperwork but they made sure to get in touch with me by phone or email at least once a week throughout the process to keep me informed & ensure I submitted things they needed. I appreciated that they were on top of things even when I may have dropped the ball.
I got approved for the loan which was right for me and that I felt comfortable with.
I have called on Cezar a number of times since he did my loan for miscellaneous advice on other real estate matters and he is ALWAYS willing to take time out of his day to call me or email me and help guide me in the right direction.

I refinanced my house with Beach Lending earlier this year and was very impressed with the way Cezar and his staff handled my loan. There were no games or gimmicks, they were very straightforward and honest. Cezar called me regularly to keep me updated on the status of the funding process and escrow closed right on time with no surprises. Beach Lending’s web site says «Relax… You’re in good hands». I found that to be very true.
