Came here today to buy a large bottle of triple potency Lecithin for my mom’s neighbor, since she just had a stroke, I was helped by Ernesto who was very welcoming and helpful. I’m glad this store is still here…

Nothing spectacular… The service is lagging but as usual, I don’t really frequent these places so I come in, get what I need, and i’m out. I may spend a total of 3 minutes in places liek this as ihave in mind what i came for. NO SALESMEN NEEDED

Used to work with the current assistant manager at GNC, Chris Rook. And from my experience he was a very well mannered and knowledgeable employee. When I came into GNC to see if they had any other products i haven’t seen in other nutrition stores, he was able to answer all my questions. My primary product of interest that day was pre workouts. I have experimented with many pre workouts from the first Superpump 250, to the widely known infamous Jack3d. I wanted to see if the customer service could be matched up with the service I received from Lindburg Nutrition in Manhattan, and Nutrishop Torrance. Chris Rook succeeded, and brought my attention to several products that is of use to me. Check out Nuerocore if you have the chance, it’s cheap and it jacks you up to conquer at the gym.
He also knew about other products such as whey protein, fat burners, creatine, casein protein etc. I encourage the public and ask from Chris. Try asking what the difference between concentrate and isolate protein is, and also why sugar free energy drinks are bad for your body. With the employees at GNC having personal experiences with their products, it’s no wonder these workers serve their customers not only with truthful feedback, its also with the answers they need to hear.

Glad I finally had a chance to use my gold card since I needed some protein powder. Picked up a jug and when I went to pay, I was told that the gold card doesn’t work on certain sale items. The two girls working were both very helpful and had great attitudes, but there was one or two things I was looking for that they didn’t carry. I’ll be back when I need to restock my protein, unless I find a spot closer to my house.
