Lori Richard State Farm

In October of 2013 I was rear-​ended and ultimately had to buy a new car. The brand new car had a significantly higher safety rating and other features that would bring my insurance costs down by roughly $ 40 a month. For several months I asked the office staff at Lori Richards to update my coverage information so the bill would be lowered as they quoted. While I had an Insurance card with the new vehicles information on it, my statement continued to bill for my old vehicle. They said the underwriters office was behind and it would take three months. When I called 3 months later of still paying the old rate, they said it still wasn’t done and that I would be reimbursed. Almost 6 months later the bill went down and my new vehicle was finally being reflected on the statements and online services. When I called the office to ask for my reimbursement I was denied and they refused to work with me. They made excuses nothing but excuses and wouldn’t even give me the time to go through the statements to see what I was telling them. They made into such a hassle and stressful situation, I ultimately gave up on trying to get my money back. There has been nothing but disorganization and frustration with that office. They don’t return emails or phone calls. They’ve also made other errors when entering in our mileage information, causing us to be over billed until we find the error. They didn’t reimburse us for that either.
Today I received an email with a list of questions that just made no sense. So I called them. The phone call was frustrating as the person on the other end of the call wouldn’t and couldn’t explain why I they had sent me that email, what the questions were for and what they meant. Come to find out, it didn’t apply to me at all. It was sent to me in error because they had made another mistake in their data entry on my account.

Lori and her team are THE BEST! :) Lori and Fred were extremely helpful in getting me set up with car and renter’s insurance. Lori helped me with my car insurance and Fred helped me with my renter’s insurance (I live in a flood zone which some insurance companies do not want to cover, but Fred was amazing. He did all of the research for me and made sure I got a great rate for renter’s insurance from Traveller’s, since State Farm doesn’t cover my apartment complex – Thank you Fred!!). Fred set everything up for me for the renter’s insurance and all I had to do was say that it sounded great. Super easy! Lori set me up with awesome coverage for my car, and it was much lower than what Farmers quoted me for very similar or the same coverage. Plus it felt like I was being tricked at Farmers — not fun. Lori is 100 000% ON YOUR SIDE all the way! She and her entire staff could not have been nicer and everyone truly went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I got a great rate with great coverage! You won’t find a better rate or better people to help you than Lori Richard and her whole team! They are the BEST! :) Thank you SO MUCH! :)

To be honest, service from them has exceeded all of my expectations.
Every time we get a drop in our premium rates, Charyl has called to let us know… which if you didn’t know is a bad thing for them as they get compensated on total premium. Refreshing people to work with that pride themselves on doing right for their clients. If you are looking for a State Farm agent, that is always responsive and always seems to pick up the phone when you call, and always gets back to you in a timely fashion, look no further. A+

Lori and her team were able to come up with a policy where I was able to pay the same amount of money I was previously, but with more than twice the coverage! I’ve been a client for a year and can’t imagine being anyway else. Excellent customer service!
