Shiekh Shoes

All the employees are very friendly and helpful when you need assistance. They usually have raffles for all the limited editions and are very fair about the process. They will even check for other sizes if you feel the shoe does not fit just right.

The only reason why I can give this place a 2 star review is because of two kind workers. I needed a half size bigger of a particular sneaker I liked. (Christmas gift from my husband.) Since the size I needed was out of stock, I returned the ill-​fitting size. First of all, while I waited at the counter to be assisted, the young lady just continued folding clothing and didn’t acknowledge me. I figured she wasn’t a cashier so I paid it no mind. Another gentleman (very kind) asked if I needed any help. I smiled and stated that I needed to return my sneakers. He said no problem and stated that the young lady would be able to process the return. (What the. So why did she ignore me??) While she’s processing my return, she asks for my name. (I never need to provide my first and last name.) I kindly asked her why she needed the information. She stated that it was for return process. I provided the info and asked for a return receipt (yes, I keep everything.) I smiled and told her to have a good day. She returned the nicety (looked a bit painful for her.) As my family and I was leaving the store, I heard her whisper to the other co-​worker, «stupid b*tch.» I couldn’t believe it. I turned around so quick I thought my neck would snap. Instead of stooping to her level, I told her that I’ll never shop at that store again and walked out.
I understand bad days. However, regardless of how you feel about your customers, you don’t show it on the floor. I’ve worked retail and never acted like how rudely she did.

I was going to be flying out to Oakland, CA on the weekend for Spookfest and I needed a costume. I decided to be minnie mouse because I already had a red top and minnie ears. I was looking everywhere for yellow shoes. All the other stores did not have one single yellow shoe! I finally walked into this Shiekh and they had exactly what I was looking for. They had yellow flats and the yellow shade that i needed. They ended up not having my size, but the associate was able to call the Shiekh at the Del Amo mall and put the shoes on hold for me to go pick up.

They have the coolest shoes! If your in need of high heels, trendy fashionable sneakers, etc. you should definitely check out this store. Their prices are very reasonable, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and they have such a huge variety of shoes, you are bound to spot a pair that you really like:)
