I’m a Customer Of ⁷⁄₁₁ for decades now. I do shop at 7//“11 in the Entire Bay Area at least one store a day. Never Had any Problem with any one.
This is a awareness for the community or the shoppers at7/​11 specifically at the Woodside rd Redwood city Location.
There’s a Promotion Going on at Stores.
I never had any issues with with companies policies. i don’t shop for discounts or Promotions. But when it does have Promotion in store I should apply for all.
I was Ranged the wrong Amount at the Cash register by the Employee. When I asked explanation, He called Boss (Mr Singh).What surprised me about Boss was, When he said that he is not a part of company’s Promotion and companies Policy doesn’t applicable for his store. When he is doing a business with Franchise.
Company should make sure to constant Check on this Kind of Business Owner/​Management and Employees if They Abide the company’s Policies. Register Guy Didn’t Even Had a name Tag on.
My Question here is that … Is it a discrimination About Human Race, Or is it a hipocracy From Franchise Store 7/​11, for every store different policies for the Customers? I had never Heard anything like this Before.

this place is a joke. The homeless guy, or the people passed out in their car or even the people who don’t park in the spots didn’t make me angry. it was the service and the people working the store that did it for me. First off you guys don’t know the prices of your items. I asked how much a croissant was and you had to flip through your book of pictures then ask the guy in the back and have a little convo before you could tell me. I mean lols? I then came back BUT before i did i CALLED in and asked for a pizza. OK; u tell me 3 minutes. I tell you ok. I walk over and NOTHING GOT COOKED! I ask for the pizza and then you proceed to show me FROZEN pizzas and ask which one i want… I wanted the supreme or meat pizza. I can’t remember which. You cook it up and when i ask for red chili flakes you tell me you have none…
why would u tell me you are going to do somethign and not do it…

Just like any other 7-​Eleven they have what you need at ALL times of the day!
Located across the street from a retirement home and near access to the freeway, gas station, and liqueur stores.
I usually come and use their ATM Machine but then the food smell starts to tempt me!
Workers here are pretty nice and friendly.
You don’t have to worry about parking because 7-​eleven has their own parking! Big plus!
I would definitely be back!

OMG we bought lottery tickets in to redeem and the man was so mean to my husband. We understand the desire for us to scratch off the numbers on the bottom to confirm winnings but he was off the charts and should be fired for talking to a customer that way, It was hostile and not necessary almost violent, We should not have been treated that way. Also did some research the customer is NOT REQUIRED to scratch those numbers we ONLY have to play the game on the scratch offs. The man was Hispanic with curly hair avoid him, he has issues…

its a 7 11!

Like any other 7 – 11 this location has what you need, but what makes it so great is that you don’t need to worry about lack of parking spaces. The parking lot is also very well lit which is nice at night.
