Careful Clean

1hr and these guys did a FAB job on our home. Careful on start hr but when they start, u get pretty home Windows!

I was very excited to try this company due to its great reviews. Therefore I was very disappointed when they didn’t show up for the first estimate appointment. I called them to find out why they were late and giving them the benefit of the doubt, set up a second appointment. They called me after the appointment to tell me they weren’t able to make that appointment after all. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time!

First, I must admit that I have not actually had anything cleaned by this company.
That said, I was VERY impressed when I contacted them. Within a few seconds, they had determined that I was not in their service area and they wouldn’t be provide service.
Even AFTER that though, Trulee spent a few minutes of her time helping me out with general information on services and pricing. She very easily could have brushed me off (since Careful Clean couldn’t actually make any money helping me), but she didn’t. And and she told me to expect, their prices weren’t the lowest, but were definitely right in line with the rates that I eventually got from a couple more local firms.
If their on-​site service personnel are as great as their customer service personnel, I think their many five-​star Unilocal reviews are likely very well earned.

Communication is great. Cleaning was thorough. Expensive.
I used their service for gutter cleaning in Nov 2013. Quoted $ 175 /​hour for a crew of 3 with an estimate of 2 hours. When the crew was late a few minutes, they called and informed me. One person worked on the ground and two worked on the roof. One person on the roof was using a blower and another person was hosing down the gutters. After some time, there was work only for one person on the roof and the other person on the roof wasn’t doing anything. For example, one guy on the ground unscrewed the gutter downspout for thorough cleaning and one guy on the roof sprayed water into it with nothing for the other person to do. At $ 58 /​hour /​person, that’s not cost effective. I think a crew of 2 persons could have finished the work at lower cost.
Total cost was $ 240; lower than the estimate over the phone. While calculating the time taken they rounded up to 1 ½ hours ($ 262) when it was only about 1hr and 20mins ($ 233). Only a 10 minutes difference, but remember that it is $ 175 /​hr. Why not round down or calculate the exact amount, using a calculator if necessary?
I am now using Ace Raingutter, who does the cleaning for $ 175 total. Scheduling and communication is not as easy as with Careful Clean, but it works.

in february 2015, the team from careful clean came to clean out our gutters, which were badly in need of clearing and cleaning since my husband and i had not had time to do this ourselves. they were fairly prompt, and very professional, and finished their work in a couple of hours. my husband and i really didn’t have to do anything, but we observed from time to time since this was our first time having this type of service done to our home and we were curious as to what this entailed. the team was very thorough and from what we could see, our gutters were cleared of any and all debris.
i would highly recommend this group as they did a great job!

I love how quick they are to respond, which is a miracle if you’ve had «experience» finding reliable cleaners! Tracee called back right away and gave me a referral to a house cleaner, since Careful Clean mainly focusses on window and gutter cleaning.
I truly appreciate their professionalism and empathy in realizing the urgency of the customer!

Prompt, courteous, and they did a great job cleaning my windows and screens! Will use again!

Based on our experience these guys are good, fast and trustworthy. 3 guys did our 24 windows, 2-​story house, inside and out including wipe off screens and most parts of the tracks/​frames, plus a bird nest cleanup in under 3 hours. They helped us immensely! Windows look really good. The birds nest was completely vacated (by the birds) but was WAY up there (30 feet in the eves/​highest part of the roof) and Careful Clean did a great job cleaning it up. My wife and I felt comfortable leaving this team working inside our home as we headed out to work in the morning, with instructions on how to lock up, and later when we returned we found everything in order. We’ll definitely call Careful Clean again in the future!

Very happy with the customer service as well as with the actual job. I had to reschedule a few times, but they went with it, and the three guys who came to clean did a good, thorough job in a couple hours. I’d use them again.

This is the second time I’ve used Careful Clean for my gutters (which are lined up beneath an oak tree) and front façade of my home (white painted trellis/​balcony). Careful Clean did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. I was also very impressed with Trulee (the lady who answered my call and took down the details of my work request); she was very detail-​oriented and attentive. I will continue to use Careful Clean for my annual gutter cleaning.

Quick, careful and clean. My windows look great, as do my screens. They sent a crew of four. They were quiet enough that I could continue working and taking business calls without disruption.
The appointment office called prior to their arrival to give me their arrival time. Great communication. Friendly and accommodating.

The crew from Careful Clean came this morning to clean out my clogged gutters. They were right on time and worked quickly. They not only cleaned the gutters, they blew the debris off the rest of the roof. They left the grounds around the gutters cleaner than they were when they arrived.
I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for exterior services.

Wow this company is very impressive. I called this morning 11÷6÷14 and left a message regarding gutter cleaning within an hour someone called back and were able to provide us the service within the same day.

Careful Clean is fantastic. Look no further. Reasonable rates and great service. Not only are they friendly, it’s nice to see that the employees still work for the company for over 5 years.

Great Company. They were on time, they got the job done in three hours and were the best priced for all the work that they did. I had windows cleaned inside and out, gutters cleaned and fronts washed and cleaned of cobwebs and a power wash of the bricks in my yard.
They cleaned up afterwards and left things better then they were, they also made sure that areas that effected my neighbors were also cleaned before they left.
Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Careful Clean twice at my home. I was amazed with the professionalism and integrity of this company. First, they cleaned all windows and cobwebs… They did an amazing job. They brought out a professional crew that were in and out without major disruption to our schedule. A few months later I had them back to clean gutters. Because I wasn’t able to be there I left a check with the estimated amount for them. I was amazed to receive a refund check without asking because they had over estimated. I have never seen a company give a refund without being asked. Keep up the good work, we need more honest businesses in this world.

Was referred by another roofing company that said Careful Clean was their recommendation for gutter cleaning.
With the recent rains and debris from years of leaves, etc., our gutters were in pour shape and had already overflowed in several areas.
We desperately tried to find a quality gutter cleaner and the first one said it would be 3 weeks into January when we called during the holiday season.
Carefulclean had the manpower and the personnel to staff our job much quicker and did an excellent job cleaning three downspouts and all the gutters.
Highly recommended and I will use them in the future for our window/​gutter cleaning jobs.
