They sent me a refund check for my trouble, that takes the sting out of it…slightly.

A few weeks ago the service manager Darryl called to apologize for the service I’d experienced last November and then arranged for a refund of the total amount I’d been charged. He assured me that what happened is not how the company operates and that they are working on addressing their service so that a similar situation won’t happen again. I was impressed with his sincere attitude in taking responsibility for what had happened and his commitment to improving customer service, and really appreciated the follow-​up.
