I have used this company once before without an issue. This last time was a disaster. They called me the night before asking if they could get me earlier than planned — I said ok and was ready 20 minutes early — no cab! I call at my originally scheduled time and they tell me they forgot to add me to their board — whatever that means — and would send someone over in 10. I get an über x instead! Took 5 minutes! Can calls me 10 minutes after über picks me up and says «I’m here» — sorry but I cannot miss my flight — ridiculous and stressful. Lesson learned when using any of these can companies — call 20 minutes before pick up time to confirm they are coming to get you! I am sticking with über from now on.

Great service! I ordered a taxi to take me to SFO. Reserving a car was easy to do online. Got all confirmations through texts. The driver was prompt and arrived at my house before pickup time. Car was clean and the ride was pleasant.

I have been in the bay area for about 7 years. When I travel I typically use a car service because calling a taxi is like a box of chocolates: you never know what your gonna get. Sometimes you get an angry taxi driver, sometimes a crazy one, sometimes a very tired one. I have had some horrible experiences in my time with taxi and car services. However, these guys are exceptional. They have delivered perfectly on their service every single time! I would recommend their services if you are traveling to an airport. It brings an incredible peace of mind to me knowing that my car service will be on time and I will get a stable human being at the wheel. I have compared notes with many friends in the area and they concur: it is not easy to find such a remarkable car service as this one. Use them and let me know! They are fantabulous! :)

I needed a ride to the airport and looked through Unilocal to see if I could find a reliable company that would show up and get me there on time. Taxi Town Car Service had some good reviews so I tried them out and was very pleased with their service.
The driver arrived at my house to pick me up a couple of minutes early, the car was clean, and they got me to the airport ahead of time. I was happy with the service, so I scheduled a return pick up from the airport. I was able to do it all through texts messaging, and this made it easy as I was flying back internationally and it saved me from having to call by international phone. My plane was delayed and they even monitored my flight. I texted again after I got my luggage and the driver met me on the curb within minutes.

Without hesitation, I can give Taxi Town Car Service a 5 star review for their reliable, friendly and thoughtful service. You can schedule a pick up via text. The drivers always show up at least 5 minutes early. It’s nice that there’s a bottle of water for me in the car. Unlike other car services, I’ve never worried about drivers being late or forgetting to come pick me up for early morning drives to the airport.

We’ve been using Kavi to get to and from the airport for the past fours years, for both business and personal trips.
Their drivers are always on time, even early morning. Pick-​ups, even on a delayed flight, are a breeze. And their rates from Menlo to both SFO and SJC can’t be beat.

I’ve been nothing but happy with Taxi Town Car Service since I started using them around December/​January. I tried out about 3 – 4 other car services out of the few that exists in the Peninsula area before settling on this company. They definitely offer the best value for the quality service they provide.
I use this car service every Monday super early in the morning (4 am) and they have never been late. I get a text about 5 minutes before my asked pick-​up time saying my driver is outside. And my driver is always super courteous and wishes me a safe flight, which is a nice plus!

I love this taxi service, they are always on time and always try to help you. For example, I usually fly United and in the morning check point is super crowded and the line is pretty long. Taxi driver told me that there is another check point for the same terminal, which is always empty and he dropped me there. It was an amazing discovery as now I save at least 10 – 20 minutes avoiding that long line.
I also love that they use Square for payments and you get your receipt emailed in a second. Love them and will use their service again.

Kavi is our go-​to driver whenever we need a ride to or from the airport. We can call him at any time of day, even on very short notice, and we know he will be there when we need him. He is very professional and we know that we can trust him. We have been using his services a couple times a month, for the past couple years, and he has been on-​time every time.
