I like the toppings here. I am a sucker for «kid» toppings since I use fro-​yo and candy toppings as my once a week dessert splurge (hey if I’m gonna go with dessert, I wanna go hard lol). I like how they actually have Reese’s cups, not the baby peanut butter cups. The baby cups don’t have much peanut butter in them. Sometimes, though, the Reese’s cup pieces seem dry but the last time I went, they looked fresh, which was a great plus.
I know some have commented on the fact that it melts but I don’t think this is an issue…
I also think the woman who works here is super sweet.
Will definitely return!

I came here after the salsa festival last weekend and since I was so busy I didn’t have the time to write the review until now. Let me tell you guys that this frozen yogurt place is fantastic and excellent with their yogurts to toppings and friendly workers. I love the flavor of the mango tango and how it is non dairy. The toppings are very organized and fresh. I love how there are many varieties of flavors of the frozen yogurt. And on top of that they are now serving waffles! Definitely would recommend this place to my peers, families, friends, and many others to try this nifty fun place out!

Went there yesterday. 8÷27÷2015. 4pm ish. The lady working there treated us like crap. Theres always a new moody teenager behind the counter. Kept starring at me and my kids with dirty looks. No greeting. Was on her phone texting. Yogurts were strangely all too soft. Yelled at me for asking if they had to go lids. I KNEW we had earned a credit (was made aware last time during checkout)…yet it magically disappeared. No thank you. $ 24 for 4 frozen yogurts and bad service.
Yogurtland customer from now on, even if I have to drive to mountain view when the craving hits. They have better prices, more selection, free water to drink, plenty of parking AND AMAZING SERVICE.
Sadly, I think Yoppi tastes better, but just not worth it anymore.

My friends and I decided to get some frozen yogurt after dinner, and this is one of the few places that was open past 9:00. It’s in a nice location; on a side street and a few doors down from the movie theatre, so I’m sure they get a lot of business from there.
Like some other reviewers said, the service and yogurt were not on-​par from what they should be. From the time we paid to finding a table, the yogurt had actually melted, becoming a liquid consistency instead of the light creamy texture it’s supposed to be.
The young woman who worked there seemed bored and annoyed that there were customers.
I will definitely go elsewhere if I have the «froyo» craving.
Props though for an array of toppings and different flavors.

I’ve frequented many frozen yogurt places over the years, but this one is by far one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. Maple is the sweetest lady and makes sure that the yogurt is always great tasting AND has great consistency, and the ingredients (especially the fruit) is always fresh. I’ve yet to get a soggy strawberry in my yogurt, and I’ve been going every day for a little over a month now. I’m going to be sad when I leave Redwood City– I don’t know how I’ll get my fix of frozen yogurt over in Texas.
Thanks for all the great yogurt, Maple! It really is what gets me through the workday.

Wow this place has really gone downhill.
I used to love coming here, but the last time I was in, both the service and the yogurt sucked. I used to work at a frozen yogurt shop in San Carlos, so I know how the consistency is supposed to be. and let me tell you there was something not right. It could’ve been just as simple as a machine tweak but all of the flavors were so liquidy and shapeless. I mean, it tasted good but it was like I was eating soup with some toppings.
On top of that, the staff were both sitting down, taking up the customer seating (and there were a lot of people in there). They were on their phones, playing music out loud, and gossiping; and when I needed to be rung up they acted like it was a huge hassle. It would be so much better for the stores reputation if they could hire employees that don’t hate their job.
Will I go back? Maybe if I’m reeeealllly craving yogurt and going to the movies. but for now I really don’t have any interest in returning.

typical froyo chain in the bay area as they have locations in san francisco, along the peninsula, and in south bay. this particular location is located along theatre row in downtown redwood city. yogurt and toppings are $ 0.45/oz. they typically have 8 self-​serve flavours, which include dairy frozen yogurts and at least one non-​dairy sorbet (for those who are sensitive to lactose). there’s also a myriad of wet and dry toppings to choose from such as syrups, fresh fruits, chocolate chips, nuts, and cereal.
my favourite flavours, when they are offered here, are the pineapple froyo and watermelon sorbet. and most recently, they have introduced a greek frozen yogurt, which is very creamy and thicker than their regular frozen yogurts. love the concept of greek frozen yogurt and i hope that they will introduce more flavours of this type in the future.
the lady at the cashier, who is likely the manager since i always see her there, is very friendly and smiles at me whenever i come in, i guess b/​c i’m here a lot.
there’s a restroom in the back for customers if you need to use it while you’re here.

These guys have everything should expect from a bay area froyo place. Why the 2 stars? Because they jacked their prices up to 59 cents per oz, compared to 39 – 45 almost everywhere else. What are you guys doing that’s so much better than the other places to warrant the price hike?
(Likely taking advantage of being near a movie theater. Understandable, but wouldn’t recommend over other cheaper places that are as good or better.)

This place was pretty good. Just an average Froyo place in my opinion, regular variety of flavors, chocolate, salted caramel, tart, etc.
I’m a big tart person, and theirs wasn’t very good. it wasn’t tart at all.
What turned me off too was I got 2 different flavors, and both of them came out kinda melted… not totally frozen!
Their toppings were regular toppings, oreos, gummies, mochi, fruit (strawberries yay!), and some cereals. But no granola! :(

Love the sweet Asian manager here! My girlfriend and I basically came 1 minute before it closed. Ir was our first time here and we did not know what to choose. I thought the manager was going to tell us to hurry up and leave but, instead she said take your time and if you want samples let me know. The manager is very sweet and helpful. The yogurt was good, but I am most likely coming back again due to her customer service.

Could easily be a 4star review if they were honest about when they’re open.
Right now there’s a sign saying «Be right back» it’s been over ½ hour that I and others have been waiting. How long has it been closed? I’d say it’s safe to say an hour. If it’s going to be closed for over an hour, put up a «Sorry, we’re closed» sign.
How hard is it to find a cashier anyway? I’m not looking for a fully stocked yogurt palace, I’m looking for someone to take my money.

Love walking to this place for amazing frozen yogurt… but they just put a sign on the door and leave for 40+ mins at random times. That’s annoying, I’ll walk to Yummy next time instead!

Great, great yogurt. My friends and I came over and tried the toppings and yogurt flavors. I had four different kinds of yogurt, chocolate, cupcake batter, vanilla, and something else. I loaded my cup with pumpkin syrup, butterfingers, reeses pieces, nuts, fruit, kit kat, cheesecake bites, and a bunch of toppings. Under five bucks and I was satisfied afterwards. Store is clean and outside and inside seating is available. Service was fine, no problem with anyone. I would come back, but I need more yogurt flavors to try. Other than that, the place is fantastic and delicious and a great place to hang out and chill.
Overall: Great fro yo, great service, great price, and super clean!

This place open 7 days a week!
The yogurt flavors here are so creamy and soft. My favorite flavor of all time is the Yoppi Signature Tart. Yoppi is definitely have the best quality yogurt out of all of the frozo place around here. Of course, they are using the Real California Milk and the store is supper clean all the time. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I go here very often especially during the weekdays. I never actually would go here but the atmosphere just really drew me in. This place has what every yogurt usually has. Frozen yogurt, toppings, fruits and other snacks. The favors are so flavorable and really sugary, even though this place is targeted for those finding «health habits.»
The customer service is so great during weekday. It an Asian woman and she is so kind and nice. I enjoy her serving me. The only issue are the weekend workers. They sometimes have an attitude that just makes me want to leave. Overall, if it is a hot Monday-​Friday, you should defiantly come here. Some people might be turn off by the way they charge, but it’s actually not that expensive. It is only 45¢/ounces and you’ll be surprised by how much yogurt you get with one ounce.

With Redwood City being a scorcher, my daughter and I came here after our BBQ lunch, which is only a block away in the Redwood City Plaza.
The Yoppi franchise is slowly popping up everywhere. And someway the franchise has found an empty space where the Marble Slab Ice Creamery used to allocate.
Just like most of the Yoppi locations, this Redwood City location is a self-​serve shop at a whopping $.45 an ounce. There are eight rotating flavors. My daughter wanted to decide the choice of flavors and did the honor of swirling her own treat. And she chose the Salted Caramel and banana.
Her treat was close to $ 5.00. I only had a bite of the Salted Caramel and that flavor has a nice caramel flavor. She enjoyed her treat; while I was still drunk from the beer from my BBQ meal.
