Full Circle Flooring

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Great customer service, great work, and great products. Here’s the epitome of how superb they are: I had them do my floors, and six months later, when our house flooded, they were the first people I called (after the insurance company) because there was no way I was going to entrust re-​doing my floors to anyone else. You won’t be disappointed in this business. From start to finish, just the most professional, helpful, and kind people to make your home look beautiful!

All I have to say is wow! They did my carpeting and gave me a discount because I’m a veteran. They care about their customers and their work is excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Problems we experienced with quality of work:
* The closet guides for the closet doors were not re-​installed
* There was one major gap and two minor gaps left between walls/​flooring
* There were trash/​tools left in the garage. At the beginning of the project I asked the office staff to make sure that the crew was mindful of cleaning up after themselves — this did not occur.
Their bid was not the least expensive — and to their credit Full Circle offered a discount of $ 500.00 to secure the bid — which we accepted.
We notified full circle of these issues and provided detailed information on what needed to be done to complete the project. They arranged to have a worker come back out to address these issues. We were assured by Full Circle that they would arrive at 4:00 pm — the worker did not arrive until 4:20. My wife took off work early to meet the worker — who was late and after explaining again what needed to be done — advised us that he did not have the materials or saw to complete the flooring work — but to his credit did bring sliding guides for the closet doors.
As the worker did not have the saw or materials, it was decided to have the worker go to Home Depot to buy materials to complete the work in a make shift fashion. The work did not start until 6:00 pm.
Work was completed at 7:20 pm.
After this I spoke to the project manager who offered an apology and explained that due to personal matter was pulled away from the project and offered a discount of $ 300.00 off the total bill and $ 60.00 in materials.
The bill was over $ 8,000. Our feeling is that if we are spending a significant amount on flooring — that it should be done right the first time — and if the project manager is going to be away from the project — that we be notified of this in the beginning of the job. There was a definite lack of communication between the sales and service side of their operation.

We had a great experience with Full Circle with a hard wood floor install. Brian did a fantastic job with the install– a true craftsman! Cory and the front office people are excellent to work with.

Their products were high quality and their prices were great. Their in house financing made our whole house job possible. Their installer James was top notch and Cory at the office was awesome to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

We just got our carpets and couch cleaned by Jason and were very happy with the service. He didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need, was even able to lower our original quote after seeing what we really needed. The carpet looks and feels great and was dry by nighttime. It wasn’t stiff like it had been soaked by chemicals and didn’t leave behind that smell that is often overwhelming.

I just finished three small installations with Full Circle and am very happy with my experience. My beautiful wife and I had the vinyl in our bathrooms and laundry room replaced by FCF this last week and found all the work to be completed to a very high standard. I hope to use them again for our countertops.

These guys installed carpet throughout my home in South Lake Tahoe and did a great job. They were great at communicating with me, all of them are friendly and the price was much lower than the South Lake places I also got bids from. I have absolutely no complaints, I highly recommend Full Circle Flooring!

Whatever you do, DON’T DO IT!.. Sadly they DO NOT stand behind their work. Nice to you in the beginning to get the job, but they do not stand behind their shotty work. They lie and blame their shotty workmanship on the customer. How is this possible when you are the customer and they are the one that is suppose to be the experts on flooring? Well they are not! Just know if you hire them, that it is at your own risk.

Fantastic experience all around. The customer service was great, and more importantly, the installer was an expert and exceeded all of our expectations. If we ever need to do another floor, we will not hesitate to use Full Circle Flooring.

3 days after writing my review for Full Circle Flooring, I was contacted by the owner, Jason, through Unilocal.He apologized for the mis-​communication and any outstanding issues. Jason also offered back their services to fix the outstanding issues and make things right.
As a homeowner, renovations can be stressful and unpredictable. We spend a decent chunk of change to makes our house a home and for Full Circle Flooring to offer back their services to us with no cost was a great gesture.
Few days later, I replied back to Jason’s message and the following Monday after our conversation, Jason was at our house assessing the issues so he can have a plan of attack. This step was crucial to us. Jason could have sent another worker to our house to do this task. But instead, he himself came and looked at the final craftsmanship to ensure proper execution the second time around. Again, this was very much appreciated.
The following day, James came to steam clean the grout to see if this will do anything. Unfortunately, this did not work and had to go to plan B which was to remove the grout where it was discolored and re-​grout it. James did all the work in a span of a week and half and he communicated as often as needed. There were days when I had to leave work to meet James back at our house, but James was courteous enough to give me a call 30 minutes before he would be at our house. Plan B still didn’t work and so we had to go to Plan C which is to remove the grout, and re-​grout with an epoxy grout that eventually solved the problem of the grout discoloration. James worked really hard and spent a lot of time in this shower and his efforts are appreciated. Our steam shower was out of commission for almost two weeks because of the work that needed to be done. But two weeks is nothing when the end result is a good looking shower floor.
Needless to say, Full Circle Flooring exceeded our expectations and brought back our hope for more remodeling. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there that values customer satisfaction. This is rare nowadays. Full Circle Flooring gave us the extra attention we needed to get this issue fixed. I know as a company they took on extra cost with labor and materials to get this issues fixed and I want them to know that we do recognize this effort and are truly grateful.

Before moving into my new home, I wanted to replace the old and damaged flooring which ended up covering almost the entire house. Full Circle gave me a great sale deal on carpet for the bedrooms. They also installed LVT with matching trim in the master and guest bathrooms. It looks amazing! You would not know that it’s vinyl instead of real wood flooring. They left the house so clean that additional clean up was not needed before moving the furniture in.
I decided to go with them as well for replacing the worn out manufactured wood flooring in the rest of the house. I asked Full Circle to keep the curved step feature at the bottom of the staircase. That’s easy to do with carpet but not so easy with wood. Brian was a real craftsman. The floors and stairs look great! Again, the house and garage were left clean and all debris was hauled away.
It’s been a pleasure working with Full Circle. They are professional. I was regularly kept apprised of the status on shipping of the materials, wait time for the wood to acclimate, etc. The house was always left clean and debris removed. I highly recommend Full Circle for carpet, LVT and manufactured wood flooring installation.

I had a engineered wood flooring product installed by Full Circle about three years ago, with an expense of about $ 7,000. We were promised it was a product just as durable as hardwood. My wife and I live alone, no kids and no pets, and we don’t wear shoes in the house. Within a year the finish on the product began to break off, and now we have loose and delaminating boards. Full Circle has responded very slowly to our complaints and provided very unprofessional customer service, including the owner, Jason, yelling at me on the phone and hanging up on me. There has been no effort to take responsibility, and Full Circle has now become defensive and antagonistic. I will never refer to Full Circle Flooring and would encourage potential customers to avoid spending their money there.

Very pleased with the results of the flooring for our dance room! From start to finish, Full Circle was great to work with. They have lots to chose from and very informational on all products. Brandon kept the room and surrounding areas clean when installing. When finished the room was very clean.

After our refrigerator had leaked in a laundryroom, it had caused damage in the laundryroom, wood floors and a master closet carpet.
We were disappointed with local flooring stores locally, the customer service and follow up attention one would expect wasn’t there, we didn’t feel safe with entrusting them with our floors.
We found Full Circle Flooring, on the internet, and deccided to give them a call, of course after reading the testimonials from past clients.
Jason answered the call, I told him of our past experience, he was nothing but, totally awesome! After I forwarded the adjusters report, which included all the measurements and flooring that needed to be replaced, Jason noticed some problems. One of the problems was the the insurance company was only going to replace a small part of the wood floor, the wood floor was throughout all the hallways, the entrance to the home, the kitchen and the nook areas… all line of sight, which should be replaced… Jason went to bat for us and was able to have the adjuster change the report showing that all the wood floors needed to be replace, which was accepted by the insurance company. There were many small problems, which Jason found, all ended up in our favor because of his persistance.
The install was great. They paid attention to the smallest of details, made sure we were happy with the flooring and the work, and cleaned up to the max at the end of each day.
This was such a great experience with Full Circle Flooring, I would highly suggest that they take care of your flooring needs!

We are so happy with Full Circle Flooring. From the beginning to the end, they were professional, attentive and accommodating. They installed engineered hardwood in our bedroom and carpet and baseboards in our basement. All three jobs were meticulously done and on time. They really take pride in what they do! A wonderful experience from start to
finish. Full circle was able to accommodate me when I asked them to install over 1000sq ft of new flooring within a short period of time. They helped us select the right floor with no bias, got it ordered immediately and sent us the best installer, Brian– who kept our home immaculate during the install. He even vacuumed as he went along. Our new floor has transformed our home and Full Circle went above and beyond with great pricing, customer service and speed. Thank you Cory, Jason and Brian.

We had Full Circle Flooring convert two of our bedrooms from carpet to engineered hardwood. In the past we have remodeled houses in other areas and worked with other flooring companies, so we have experience with a few flooring contractors. FCF was great from the initial on-​site estimation, through ordering, and to installation. Communication was frequent and correct; no excuses or delays. The on-​site crew was prompt, courteous, and skilled. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors on a lot of projects and unlike many FCF is a pleasure to work with. We’re certainly going to use them in the future as we continue to remodel our current house.

I bought engineered wood flooring from them and had them install it. Salesperson Edwin worked with me to get a good price and installers Brian and Brandon were real craftsmen who were meticulous in laying the floor and did a fantastic job with beautiful results. I couldn’t be happier with the work.
