Business Owner
Leen Madsen graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Economics. He then went to work for Morgan Stanley as a broker in training before moving over to becoming an Insurance agent. After almost two years of being a successful agent selling property, health, life and financial services, Leen Madsen moved over to the insurance auto claims. During these four years as an adjuster, Leen Madsen was able to move from a regular adjuster to a senior adjuster and finally a specialized adjuster joining the insurance catastrophe division. Here he was able to receive the prestigious award of the «Gold Coin» for excellence in service, accuracy and speed along with multiple customer service awards. At this time, Leen decided it was time to move forward and manage a body shop in the Reno area. He worked as the manager of a local small shop and improved revenues by over 30% by building sound relationships with othe
