Chris’ emergence into the software field began while serving in the U.S. Army during OEF/​OIF. During this time, he cut his teeth automating various operations and reports, assisting in managing assets valued in the billions of dollars and saving hundreds of thousands of dollars through increased efficiency.

After military service, Chris continued his career first as an entrepreneur then as chief software architect and project manager for various companies specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and custom software solutions. Over the last decade, he assisted more than 50 organizations in state governement, the non-​profit sector, and businesses in manufacturing, distribution, franchising, and professional services. Having worked extensively with several CRM products such as Microsoft CRM, Sage CRM, and SalesLogix, Chris has gained unique perspectives into how to effectively design, develop, and roll-​out software solutions to maximize user adoption and increase ROI.
