Peggy in warranty and Lisa in billing are fabulous, hard working, dedicated and resourceful employees. Manny did a fine job on my Domentic refrigerator and both he and Peggy worked so hard to get me out in a timely fashion. How does one thank folks like this? I told Steve the co-​owner that this was my first time, but not my last time, to come to this place of business for my truck camper needs.
Should also say that Steve in Parts is VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable and I cannot thank him enough.

My car was badly damaged in a high wind storm here in Reno. My son referred me to Paramount Auto Body. Mark, the estimator and my car’s savior, worked with my insurance company to make sure my care was repaired properly. They could not have done a better job!!! The craftsmanship of their work is amazing!!! The high level of communication and customer service far exceeded my desires. I so highly recommend this shop!!! You will not be disappointed. My car was treated like he was the most special car ever made. Since that is how I feel about my baby, I was thrilled.

The carbon monoxide alarm in our RV kept going off. Fireman measured CO in the vehicle and confirmed that it was elevated and warned us that the generator was the source.
The propane alarm in our RV kept going off.
As a result of not being able to use either the generator or the propane, the fridge and freezer were unusable, the food rotted, the interior was 95 degrees with no AC, there was no hot water, the microwave was unusable, etc.
On the plus side, driving an RV is surprisingly fun.
In any event, the most useful thing I can tell you is, rather than just relying on my experience, look at all the reviews «not currently recommended» at the bottom of Paramount’s profile.

We always took our motorhome to Paramount for repairs and upgrades and were very happy with their work. When we decided it was time to sell we went to consign with Gary. He told us no problem getting what we wanted for it, sounded like what you expect someone to say! However, Gary delivered on his promise and we had check in hand shortly after. thanks for your help thru the years.

These guys and gals are the BEST in the industry. They do Post Repair Inspections and are a TRUE Consumer shop… no interference from my insurance company… ALWAYS see them FIRST… or even if it was repaired elsewhere, they will show u how awful your repairs were done by xyz Insurance Shop… TRUST Paramount… NOT your insurance company. We towed ours from out of State AND paid our own tow bill and it was worth it… JUST GET YOUR RV TO PARAMOUNT no matter where u live… THEY will do a COMPREHENSIVE estimate and not use the undervalue insurance one!!!
They ARE the GOOD guys!!!

Paramount did a fantastic job fixing my car. The staff was really friendly and efficient. My insurance didn’t cover a rental car so they provided me a loaner for the duration of my repairs free of charge.
When I picked up my car is was in perfect condition and detailed to boot. I think they may have waxed it too! I didn’t have to wait around; I was in and out in minutes. I would highly recommend Paramount Auto Body to anyone in need of a body shop!

When I had my accident, my insurance company persuaded me to go to their «guaranteed referral company». I went to that place THREE TIMES, and they still kept screwing up my repair. Finally a friend told me to take my car to Paramount.
Paramount re-​repaired my car the right way in 1 visit, plus gave me a car to drive while they did the repair, and dealt with my insurance company, so I didn’t have that hassle.
Wonder how many more times it would have taken if I’d stayed with the insurance company place.
I guess you don’t know til you’ve been there.
One thing for sure, I’ll never trust another insurance referral again.
Sure glad my friend gave me the lead on Paramount. Thanks, guys!

I was referred here by a friend. My car was hit (and run) while I was in the Bay Area (yet another reason I hate that cesspool…) so I needed someone to make my baby pretty again. But I also hate dealing with car stuff #yuck
Their staff were extremely friendly, quick and efficient. It took a few days longer than originally quoted BUT they needed to match my paint perfectly on several different area so I MORE than happy to give the extra few days.
When I picked up my car, she was *perfect* again. And since I live in Truckee with a steep, icy driveway in the winter, they gave me a 4WD loaner which was very appreciated.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I would say I would go back but I have to be honest in saying I hope I never have to :) But if I do — I will!

Don’t go here. They are unbelievably slow. They didn’t finish my car until weeks after the due date. Then once they had my car ready, they wouldn’t give it back to me even though my insurance had paid them and I had paid them in full because they were having trouble with one of THEIR vendors. I would let a 10 year old repair my car before I’d ever take it to them again!
