Reno-Tahoe Limousine

Can’t say enough about the service we received from Eric in the office and the four different drivers we had during our stay in the Reno Tahoe area. Excellent communication. All cars were on time and of high quality. Hummer limousine was fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

We opted for Reno Tahoe Limo this year for the Twin’s annual Garage Sale Birthday Limo extravaganza. What? Doesn’t everyone rent a limo and go garage sale-​ing for their birthday? No, just us? Well you are totes missing out.
Last year we were a tad disappointed with the company we chose and I am pleased to say that Reno Tahoe met and exceeded our expectations. The driver freaking rocked. The limo was HUGE and awesome, and the rates were comparable to the other companies in town. Believe me I shopped around and made an excel spreadsheet to track my results. What put Reno Tahoe over the edge? Their customer service is top notch. Seriously great people.
I’ll be damned if I can remember our drivers name but hopefully it’s in their records because we definitely want him back next year.

I have been calling around for pricing and each place I have called they were nice but nothing special. Spoke to Eric Trudeau Operations Manager and he was so upbeat and even got excited over the reason we are renting the Limo, he also offered to make a sign with the kids name on it. I booked right then, I did not even care about the prices anymore (same as others) I just know that I do not need to worry and this company will help give my nephews and niece a unforgettable time. Which is priceless to me!!! Thank you Tim!!!

As far as I’m concerned, this company offers the best transportation service in Nevada. They care about their clients, they hire competent professional drivers and they always deliver Grade A, upscale service. Eric and Danell in the office will go out of their way to meet your every need. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I must say I have witnessed some horrific events with other competing companies in Northern Nevada, who shall go unnamed. As for me, I remain a devotee of Reno Tahoe Limousine.

Everything lived up to our initial encounter. Eric was wonderful in keeping us updated with who our driver would be, how to get a hold of him, times they would be picked up and dropped off. Our driver was five minutes early but patient with the kids and took great care of them.
They were affordable, friendly and while I think we even went over the two hour time limit a bit, didn’t incur any additional charges.
I highly recommend Reno/​Tahoe Limousine!
